The Korean Style "Teppanyaki" get more and more fans everyday in Malaysia. Mr. Dalgabi with it's slight difference from Uncle Jang by serving Chicken instead of Pork have gained it's audience for those who seek for the halal version. Having new outlet in Setiawalk, my friends and I went to try as we love fried stuff a lot and with the introduction of the cheese sauce at the outer rim, we can't resist anymore! The food turned out not as good as we expect, and the cheese was not as generous as we thought.  Plus, since the food is being served in a one big pan, there's always people that take more food, so I am not full and satisfied at all. I guess the portion here was pretty small because if it's at Uncle J's shop, Ill be still very full with the same number of pax. though some of my friends mentioned that Mr.Dakgalbi is not as oily as Uncle Jang, but I guess the possibly it is the factor that makes it less flavourful. Haha! Nonetheless, one thing that I love about Mr. Dakgalbi is that they provide free flow soup and coleslaw, free flow stuffs is always the best hahaha! continue reading

Visited here back in November 2014 and revisited in October 2015, it was disappoting, especially on the 'small' portion.Having a group of 6 small eaters, we thought of ordering smaller portion to have some bites before entering the movie, and guess what, it was surprisingly small portion that even just the 2 of us can't feel the meal, at all.Don't be cheated from their display photo on the menu. Seriously we are shocked to know that these small plate are for two. Nonetheless, the taste was okay, just, really, the portion was so inapproproate even it's for 2 pax.So we ordered another fried rice for RM16. And it just looks like a normal fried rice for 1 pax. Seriously? Honestly, it tasted so-so and just don't deserved the price.I would call this a very normal "Fu Yong Dan" with higher price, if you know what I mean. Another RM16 for this. For your information, we didn't get the usual lettuce, no cheese, no whatever sauce, nothing. This restaurant simply deserved nothing. continue reading
