Okay, well, this isn't too bad at all. Not great, but not bad. Texture-wise, it's tender, flaky, and juicy. Lots of sauce. Flavour-wise, it's a bit too salty, and tastes like a lot of artificial flavours. At least the serving size is pretty big.

这款bolognaise seafood pasta有点不及格，因为连最基本的面都料理的不是很好，面煮得软绵绵的，没有弹性，闭上眼吃不会觉得自己在吃着意大利，还好的是番茄酱还过得去酸酸甜甜的，海鲜还算新鲜，不会有腥味，吃到最后把配料都吃完了就只剩面。。。

Juicy Chicken Slick这个名字给我的感觉应该很注重鸡肉品质的扒，可是Milwaukee 的Juicy Chicken Slick没有给到我这种感觉，一片薄薄的鸡片煎得有点过火导致肉质很粗和干，没有给到人有juicy的感觉，硬要赞的话也只能说鸡肉腌得很够味，感觉到用了很多香料去腌制

对于这份鸡扒我个人觉得有点名过其实，而且和我平时吃的蛮不同的，chicken cordon blue给我的影像是把鸡扒和火腿起司包在一起然后裹上面粉拿去炸的香香的，但这里的cordon blue 做的有点随便只是把火腿和起司铺在鸡扒上面靠就算了做的有点马虎，而且配料的撒拉都做得干干的很不吸引人，也没让人有hawaiian 的感觉

Milwaukee Steak House have many different type of steaks and seafoods. First time trying the spaghetti, and I don’t really fancy it because the tomato sauce was kind of sour and a weird taste. Maybe next time I would like to come back and try something else, the steak perhaps.

Service is very good Food arrive in a short period too! Everything is beyond satisfaction I would say.
