Seems like various bakeries brand has sprung up recently, even East Coast region is not excluded.While on the recent trip to East Coast Mall, bumped into these cutesy confectionary kiok that sold the famous Hokkaido Cake.Chiffon-soft is the signature for such cake, but rather dry. Nonetheless, the cream is decently milky and not too cloying.As for the Hokkaido Cream Puff, same velvet cream is used and the puff is rather much solid than the usual ones you try in KL.But the Classic Choc Roll is the fairest amongst all.
