想起当初我从马六甲搬来雪隆工作的时候, 那时候还是男朋友的老吴最常向我吹嘘的雪隆美食就是美景的淋面和肉丸了! 座落在半山吧巴刹附近的美景, 相信常到那区的朋友应该知道我在说哪家吧? 拥有多年历史的美景, 顾客群可是老中青三代都包括了, 每次经过都看到客人非常多, 像老吴这样吃着他们家食物长大的孩子可是不管搬到多远都会甘愿回来吃和享受那份古早味的呢。淋面- RM9浓稠又带有很香虾味的汤头,里头有一片片厚切又香脆的炸葱头,还有份量算多的鸡肉丝,几只不像外头冷藏又好像加了化学药物的虾子,这里的虾个头小小的,可是却非常新鲜,我喜欢这样的虾多一点。咖喱面- RM9这里的咖喱面里头的配料跟淋面的大同小异,只是面条和酱汁不同,咖喱酱汁有很浓的椰浆味,做得不错不过是没淋面般那么出色。鱼丸- 1.5/颗小小一颗鱼丸是用马鲛鱼肉,猪肉还有鱿鱼制作而成的,口感是属于柔软型的,光顾了美景多年的老吴说以前这里的鱼丸很Q 弹的呢,好像口感改变太多了,不过我依然觉得还是不错的呢。♡♡KC

咖喱面- RM9

这里的咖喱面里头的配料跟淋面的大同小异,只是面条和酱汁不同,咖喱酱汁有很浓的椰浆味,做得不错不过是没淋面般那么出色。鱼丸- 1.5/颗

小小一颗鱼丸是用马鲛鱼肉,猪肉还有鱿鱼制作而成的,口感是属于柔软型的,光顾了美景多年的老吴说以前这里的鱼丸很Q 弹的呢,好像口感改变太多了,不过我依然觉得还是不错的呢。

The curry noodles in this restaurant is highly recommended dish. The curry noodles is different from others, the curry used is the dry type of curry and the curry texture is very thick, not the soupy type, taste is good. There is a lot of curry chicken on top of the noodles, the curry chicken meat is soft and a lot of meat. The portion is very filling, and the good smell of santan fill my mouth. Yummy!

This is famous restaurant for lam mee but I would recommend their chicken slice kuey teow too. The soup is very tasty, it use a lot of ingredients and time to cooked it. It taste like chicken soup. The chicken slices that in the soup is a lot, I am struggling to finish it all. The kuey teow that they use is the thin type which is very suitable to eat together with soup, and I finish all the soup. Yummy!

This is a lam mee famous restaurant, the noodles they use to cooked for lam mee is the very thick type of yellow noodles. The noodles do not have any weird taste after cooked, the sauce is very thick, there are also a lot of chicken slice in the bowl. The portion is very filling. the chili sauce that they use is the home made type, it is very spicy, very match to eat together with the lam mee. If you do not like the yellow noodles, they do have other kind of noodles too.

我喜欢吃淋面。因为浓稠酱汁浓稠的关系可以让面条不会那么快冷却。这里的淋面蛮出名的。味道咸度刚好,配料也有很多例如虾子,肉碎,包菜等等。这里的辣椒也很好吃,吃得我欲罢不能因为和面条的味道太搭了。可是如果要多一碟辣椒却要另外收费。

Their chilli sauce also one of their trademark,before they do charge RM0.50 for 1 plate of chilli sauce if you take more than one which is rather not supposed too.

They also serve other noodles such as curry mee, dry curry mee and others.They also have side orders like fishballs,fu-chuk. they also increased their price to around RM6 per plate of noodles,but its really nice.

Signature Curry Mee which is very thick in gravy, hint of a bit spicy and chicken is soft. The noodle is smooth and springy. The prawn is not so big but it was definitely fresh.

Fish ball
This is homemade fish ball. The fish ball was so bouncy (QQ). Just boiled until it was cooked and placed into a bowl of normal chicken soup which is cooked for long period using fresh chicken.
