This Nasi Indonesia, I don't know how pure it is compare to the real nasi from Indonesia. For me this dish is merely just a normal fried rice with prawns, crackers and sambal. But the rice actually taste not bad. The rice is dry enough and it is not very moisture. Then the little spicy sambal there is enough to enhance your taste buds.
