I was pretty surprised to discover Little Collins was actually florist, bakery and cafe all in one. That's very rare, never really came across any business like them. The flowers are sold near the entrance. Plus, they also always closes early (like 7-8pm) compared to other bakeries. Anyway, their breads seriously arent' bad though. Do try out their Wholemeal, Multi-Seeds Loaf, Chicken Pies and Baguettes. I totally loved it! continue reading

A florist, bakery and cafe rolled into one, Little Collins is a comfy, unpretentious place to grab some no-frills grub. Unlike many of Solaris Mont Kiara's other outlets, it closes pretty early, so be there before 7 pm to be safe. The Ultimate Scrambled Eggs didn't exactly live up to its name, though we wiped the plate clean anyway. The oregano toast was decent, but the eggs were kinda bland despite all the onion, tomato and beef bacon that went into this. The Terrace Club Sandwich was a better choice. A triple-decker sandwich dipped in egg and pan-fried, this oozed with cheesy fillings and was comfort food at its yummiest. continue reading

If you’re looking for a quiet place to sit and unwind, Little Collins is the superb bakery to be in. Located along Jalan Solaris, this is a place hard to miss. All the small touches contributed to the great ambience, thus bringing out the french cafe experience in this bustling city. Not forgetting the florist which shares the same roof, played its part in making us felt welcomed the moment we stepped in. Simplicity is all it takes.I’m those people who enjoyed breakfast, and a whole day breakfast deal really make my day. We ordered the Big Breakfast Set (RM16.90) and a Turkey Egg Pita (RM12.90) for brunch. Each paid RM2 for our add-on juices, and was satisfied with the nice portion of our meal.Big Breakfast Set with fresh salad, baked beans, mushroom, scrambled egg, sausages and a piece of crispy homemade toast.Turkey Egg Pita, served with salad. continue reading

Went to Little Collins for brunch when we discover that they served all day breakfast. The place is actually a florist, bakery and a cafe. Very comfy place, and an unpretentious place to hang out. Ordered their "Big Breakfast". You have the choice of whole meal, wheat or normal white bread. Reasonable portion. I find it to be okay although the eggs can be quite bland. Will return to try out others. continue reading
