Li Yen is another place to dine for the delicious mooncakes. The mooncake from Li Yen which click to my mind is laways the Moet and Chandon Rose where it kills a lot of the mooncake lovers hearts.

And this year, Li Yen have a large variety of moonceks which includes the mini white lotus paste and even more. This year, they come out with 10 types of baked mooncakes and 4 mini snow skin flavours.

 If you love to get their luxury mooncake, give try to the the Moet and Chandon Champagne Mini Ping Pei or Moet and Chandon Rose Imperial Champagne Mini Ping Pei. For this round, besides the Moet and Chandon Rose Imperial Champagne Mini Ping Pei, we grab the taste of their mooncakes which touches my hearts.

I love the Mini White Lotus Paste where the lotus mooncakes is just melts in the mouth with the smooth texture. It is just a nice petite taste which is just lovely and delicious. I just love the petite size of the mooncake which is not too heavy.

I went to LiYen at the Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur with my colleague to experience some Chinese food. We started off with some healthy good bowl of Boiled Chicken Soup with Dried Scallop and Chinese Cabbage. It is really refreshing and nice! It really give me the warm and happy feeling tasting it. I went to LiYen at the Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur with my colleague to experience some Chinese food.

We started off with some healthy good bowl of Boiled Chicken Soup with Dried Scallop and Chinese Cabbage. It is really refreshing and nice! It really give me the warm and happy feeling tasting it.

Next, we had Stir-Fried Prawns with Supreme Soy Sauce. This is really the best dish I ever had! The fresh juicy prawn is really huge and completely shelled. Although this is a simple dish, the way they prepare it making it so special and delicious! Absolutely finger licking good!

Shanghainese Pork & Xiao Long Bao

Next, we order Shanghainese pork and xiao long bao. The braised Shanghainese pork is not consist only plain pork. Beneath the pork there is a mixtures of prawn paste, vegetables and pine nuts. The meat is really soft and very delicious. The xiao long bao is indeed a top notch. The skin of the xiao long bao is thick enough to hold enough soup for me to taste and meat taste equally good as well.

There are variety of chinese cuisine in Ritz Carlton Hotel, Bukit Bintang, and this dish was my favourite -- li yen's signature bean curd served with honshimeiji mushrooms and spinach.. :-D The combination was good and the bean curd blended with spinach was also excellent.. (Y) Lovely texture I reckoned. The atmosphere of the place was wonderful and clean.

Li Yen Restaurant is famous in serving chinese cuisine in Ritz Carlton Hotel, Bukit Bintang. During mid autumn festival, I bought their famous Moet & Chandon Mini Ping Pei and Moet & Chandon Rose Imperial Mini Ping Pei.When I cut the first slice out, the champagne spilled out. It was like "Ouch!" The Rose flavour was richly wrapped in the snowskin. And the further bite can feel out the Moet & Chandon Champagne. The Mini Ping Pei was very soft and not overly sweet
