一般云吞面摊档有另外提供麻辣云吞面这附加口味的选择，可奇怪就在于麻辣口味以后，就没有再推出或混合加入其它也符合本地人味蕾的特色口味如东炎味、咖喱味和叉烧酱味等。麻辣酱在一般杂货摊/店可问到。而这档叫做“美”云吞面摊档的麻辣云吞面，面条就有比平常吃到的幼细些，而重重的麻辣味也已大大掩盖掉部分黑酱油膏的味道。整盘云吞面吃起来是好吃的。

出名的鸭肉粿条汤，有说是1991年由刘南来老爸起的头创办。如今汤头仍由刘老爸大清早起来熬煮，摊档则由孩子们负责打理。粿条有较幼细，汤头喝起来味道适中，搭配鱼丸、鱼饼、鸭肉和鸭血等整体吃起来还不错。

七条路巴刹内的排骨福建面摊档，摊主老板卖福建面原来已卖了四十多年。在七条路巴刹未修建前，老板原是曝露在巴刹外面卖的，巴刹建成后才正式进驻摆卖。福建面色泽红艳好看，并配上了卤蛋片、猪肉片和虾仁等。槟城好吃的福建面还不少，这次喝起来老板的福建面汤头，觉得虾香味输了些，汤头还不够浓郁，唯老板态度很友善。

Poh Piah The poh piah is kinda weird at first as they are not those fried poh piah we usually eat. The poh piah skin is very thin and soft.
