Remember the Le Bread Days Bakery in SS2 that always lined up? Ever wonder what’s all the fuss about but too lazy to join the queue? There are also other croissant options such as plain, peanut butter, and cheese. Its might be a little pricey for some yes, but the portion is generous enough. On a positive note, the staff will heat it up if you are dining there so be expect to be fulfilled by hot yellowish molten egg yolk in each bite!

Glad that I try their German Cheese Egg Tart as well! Wonderful sweetness which was just my liking! They do provide free water.
The ss2 branch had received a lot of bad reviews because of the poor service, so I guessed they did some improvements here.

I hold it like a treasure in my hand all the way back to my home and my sister keep on laughing at me. Once reached home, I quickly placed it on the plate and take a couple of photos. My sister cut the croissant and the Salted Egg Yolk ooze out from the croissants like a GOLDEN LAVA. It was just too addictive and I was really regretted for not buying more. Its our favourite now. Thumbs up!!

My boyfriend and I reached at 11 a.m. and the bakery is already crawling with hungry customers. Luckily, we managed to get a table for two. While waiting for the Molten Egg Yolk Custard Croissant to be ready, we ordered Pink Guava juice (RM 8) and Peach Danish (RM 4.90). Their Pink Guave juice tasted alright but it is a little bit diluted. As for the Peach Danish, it was very hard. I think it is because it is not fresh.

Besides Pink Guava Juice, they also offered a variety of juices. The time has finally came – the Molten Egg Yolk Custard Croissant (RM 6.90) is out from the oven! As compared to the Peach Danish, the Molten Egg York Custard Croissant is very soft and fluffy. The croissants was sweet, delicious and rich with salted egg yolk. I definitely would recommend this to my friends and pay this shop a visit again in the near future!

Finally I got to try out the renowned molten egg yolk croissants at Le Bread Days!!!! I got to know this bakery and café through a friend of mine. According to my friend, these croissants are selling like hotcakes and some people are willing to queue for 2 hours for these croissants! And so I decided to give this bakery a try.

Before entering the bakery, there is a sign at the door stating that the molten egg yolk croissants will be served only at 11.30pm and 3.30pm. And since I reached there at around 2.45 pm, there weren’t much people in the café. I sat down and decided to wait till 3.30pm. At around 3.15pm, people started flooding into the bakery. The transition was really astonishing. The small bakery was suddenly filled with people purchasing other breads and pastries while others were waiting for the bestselling molten egg yolk croissants.

The lady who is a staff at the bakery started taking orders from us. Each person can only order a maximum of 4 croissants but I only ordered one to give it a try. It costed around RM 7.30 after GST and it is considered quite pricey to me.

The croissant did not let me down because it tasted really good! It is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. After your second bite, there will be egg yolk oozing out and it melts in your mouth.

These croissants are worth a try and a few days later you will be craving for more like how I am craving for those croissants right now.

Definitely worthy to travel here.. Very cheap and yummy bakery cafe in the middle of ss2 neighborhood. They have a wide variety of breads and pastries to choose from and we had the privilege to try the famous croissants like the molten egg yolk custard croissant & peanut cream croissant. 😬 and it also came in miniature sizes for the both which was good as it was abit cloying towards the end after having these two so it's best to be shared with others. Also had the German Cheese tart with a little red adzuki bean embedded inside which was a little surprise, somehow felt that it could be a tad bit cheesier instead.
