因为从小就有这个习惯的关系，所以只要每逢我们有点觉得热气或不太舒服时，就会去找凉茶喝，而且还必须时很苦很苦的黄老吉才可以，常常会来恭和堂喝，因为觉得他们的比较真材实料，黄老吉也叫做二十四味，味道真的是很苦很苦，可是为了健康，就只好忍着头皮喝完，他们也知道那凉茶很苦，所以也会给予我们一小块甜甜咸咸的糖解苦。

恭和堂的龟苓膏出了名好吃。都很真材实料。但价钱不便宜。每当发热气我都会买一杯他们的苦茶和，加些`粉的话效果会比较好。吃龟苓膏也有效，但比较慢。有得选热的或冷的。糖自己要放多少都可以。
