This came with chicken thigh meat coated with flour then deep fried, slathered with curry leave lemon sauce.The chicken meat is really tender, while the flour coating is just right resulting in a thin layer of crispy texture outside. The special thing about the lemon sauce here is the addition of curry leaves. It gave a nice spice aroma to it, which complements well with the lemon sauce, not too sour as well. Overall it is a very appetizing dish.

Yam basket is another personal favourite of mine, as I love the smooth texture of yam basket provided it is well executed.
