Chilli Pan MeeA mound of thick round noodles topped with ikan bilis, chopped scallion, a wee bit of table sugar, pork sliced and chopped, and tiny cubes of cracklin, all crowned by a snow-white poached egg. After adding heaped spoonfuls of the chilli that makes its way from table to table in a plastic tub, we dug in. Each bowl is served a small separate bowl of vegetables with egg soup. If you don't take spicy food, you can only take minimal spiciness in food so here's the best part, the dry pan

For the pan mee taste, i think Chow Kit branch more nicer. The pan mee here is overcook for me. The mee is also a bit sticky. Not like Chow Kit branch there, the pan mee is just cook in the right time.

I like pan mee because of the anchovies and the egg. The egg is so click with the pan mee.

Most of my friends like pan mee with the spicy dry chilies. To me, it will cover all the pan mee taste and there is only spicy if i add the chili.

For those who enjoy spicy food, i believe 3-4 spoon of chilies will give you the satisfaction.

Ever since chili pan mee became popular, there are few different restaurants having their own version of chili pan mee. However, i don't think there's a lot of difference. I think the main distinctive difference is down to the dry chili flakes. Here in Kin Kin, I found the chili flakes to be more "burnt". The chili flakes tasted very spicy but the chili smell could be overpowering, like up to the nose. Other than that, i think their portion also seems to be smaller and not so generous about the

Other than that, i think their portion also seems to be smaller and not so generous about the minced pork and anchovies. Overall, the taste is still similar to other restaurants.
