Much have been said about this food chain, if not mistaken is originating from Singapore.Well, eventually here I am, to give it a try for my own verdict.Ordered their signature Moonlight Koay Teow, but I unfortunately, it doesn’t vow me as much as I expected. It’s tad oily and not much greens to be noticed. No doubt it is silky smooth. But the Amaranth Soup is done pretty well. At least there is minimum MSG used, clear but sapid soup. Most importantly, I get to indulge in my fav, vege!
