Signature Dishes
Early in the morning, I went to this shop near to my aunt's neighbourhood for some hearty breakfast. It is very crowded even early in the morning, with mostly oldies and kids. My half-boiled egg is prepared by a skilled worker who works there for years. It looks simple, but one of the best I've tried. The egg is of high grade, and the egg yolk is more yellowish than the usual ones. I love the egg with pepper so that it is smooth with a little bud-tickling taste. I like to have toasted bread with kaya spread in it. The bread is toasted perfectly, with brownish surface. Crusty outside, the goodness of sweet kaya lies inside. I enjoy my hearty breakfast there!
