Signature Dishes
Quite unusual for chilli pan mee to have fried onions, but I find it quite pleasant. It's really the chilli that brings out the flavour, and theirs is fine, but a bit salty. Lots of fried anchovies, but the egg white is too firm. Serving portion is pretty decent.
