虽然服务生是外劳，但却亲切有利理，不会怠慢。上网找了些资料，无意中找到这间就来试一下。听同事说这里的鱼丸冬粉粉还真的不错，就点了一下。老实说，没啥卖相，份量也少，尤其冬粉本身就不耐饱，但胜在汤底够清甜，鱼丸也弹口，不错。另外值得一提，辣附带的指天椒真的辣的得过瘾！至于鱼饼，吃下去有惊喜哦！没想到表皮那么松脆，内里却保持鱼饼的弹口，只是配合的辣椒酱逊色了点。

Not many chinese food restaurant can be found scattering around in Shah Alam area. Most of them are be seen located near the Taman Sri Muda, and Kota Kemuning area. My friend's hubby introduced this place to me few years back. Whenever we talking about fish balls. He will be the first to shout out "Ah Ngaw's", and we always ask him what so good about it, he will simply claimed that the Ah Ngaw's fish ball is the real fish ball with the fish ball taste. Haha... well, i got to try it out myself.Th

Fish paste. Since there was a big group of us, so we ordered the fish paste for sharing. The fish paste came in a round shape and the thickness was quite thick. It was served together with a saucer plate of chili sauce. The fish paste was quite springy and has not fishy taste. The outer skin was slightly salty but it was all right for us. We agreed that this was a good appetizer.

Fish ball noodle and yu piu soup. This Jin Man Noodle House is really special in the sense that they serve yu piu in their noodle. This was the first time I see a shop that serve yu piu. The glass noodles came with fish balls, yu piu and some spring onions. The soup was clear but it does have some saltiness in it. The fish balls were big and springy. The yu piu was soft too.
