这福建封肉是这里著名的菜肴。一定要试试看。他们的猪肉煮得软软的，可是又不却嚼劲，非常入味很好吃。他们的黑黑的酱汁非常令人开胃，咸味适中。这道菜还付有有碱水糕，他们的碱水糕做得一点碱水味都没有，功夫非常的好。碱水糕沾上福建封肉汁一起吃味道超好。ps：碱水糕还可以配蒜米辣椒酱油一起吃，味道也是很赞。

They were half lean half fat, but the fatty layer was not oily but chewy. The pork belly was braised in a dark brown thick, gravy, sweet and salty sauce for a long period. Hokkien braised pork ("Dong Bo Yuk") was served in a claypot along with alkaline kuih. There was generous amount of pork with lots of fats, but the texture was tough. Despite that, the gravy was made of dark soy sauce with a hint of herbs and it was thick enough for dipping with alkaline kuih. The alkaline kuih was quite solid in texture. Together, both the sauce and alkaline kuih has a distinct taste.

Hua Xing is a typical chinese dining place.Curry chicken was served with potatoes. Although the chicken was tender, the curry gravy was bland. Fried tapioca noodles. A similar version of hokkien mee, but Hua Xing uses tapioca noodles instead. The noodles consists of chicken slices, bean sprouts, pork lards and dried shrimps. The tapioca gave a chewy texture. The noodles were full of "wok hei" (flavour from the heat of the wok). Very unique taste.

Fried brinjal with minced garlic. This dish tasted superbly good, some sort like salt and pepper coating! It was really delicious, not oily and not overly salty. The brinjal was big and soft, not the soggy type of texture. I could eat it without rice too. It has some tint of sugar in it to add a tint of sweetness. Love the minced garlic coated to the brinjals. Definite must-order.
