My boyfriend woke up late and we decided to have a late lunch at Kim Gary. Kim Gary has always been his favourite dining place because they offer a variety of food choices for him. However, he would eventually order the same dish, which is the fried egg and chicken in tomato sauce with rice. I’ve personally tried that dish before and I think it tasted not bad. The chicken was tender and the tomato sauce wasn’t dilute at all, it was quite concentrated and very flavourful. The dish cost RM11.80 and I think the price was quite reasonable. As for drinks, he always never fail to order the ying yong in Hong Kong Style. Ying Yong means a mixture of 3 parts of coffee and 7 parts of milk tea. I think the drink tasted really good and quite addictive as well! Definitely a place I would come again! continue reading

A Hong Kong cafe that serves variety of combination of Chinese food and western food. If you want to have some decent lunch, you can visit this restaurant. They have alot of choices of food and I can ensure you that even if you have no idea what to eat, you can decide from their menu. This is spicy, just like some korean spicy ramen.cheesy ramen served with pork and egg.cheese and ham sandwich is just decent.  continue reading

To the pace of modern life, it is always on the fast, good and desirable needs. Kim Gary combines the essence of Chinese and Western food culture. Beside Hong Kong style food, they also offer Korean and Japanese dishes.Normally it is crowded with people during weekday lunch hour as they offer plenty of affordable set lunch. I have ordered Korean Noodle with Fried Egg & Shred Pork. Basically, it is a Korean instant noodle added with their own cooked Shred Pork. You can feel that the soup is a bit different with the we cooked at home, so I think they have used their own soup broth together with the seasoning packet. Overall, I thin the noodle is delicious and the set lunch really worth the money. continue reading

This is actually a satisfying, fulfilling one-dish meal on it's own. With piping hot steamed white rice that's topped with stir-fry pork shreds, a piece of fried rice and an assortment of veges (including brocollis, siew pak choy, corns, beans and carrots). It's super healthy and nutritious.. non oily, non fried. And plus it's drizzled with the most tasty Shanghai Sweet Soy Sauce ever continue reading

Breakfast in Kim Gary Restaurant on a Saturday before language tuition. Craving for noodles and there I went my first tried on their zhu qian yi ting noodles with my favor luncheon meat and egg and a little bit of vege. Taste of noodles were ok, normal instant noodles I would say plus some sesame oil taste. It is a but salty though. For the breakfast set, it actually came with a slice of roasted bread with peanut and magerine, and a piece of fried chicken wing. The bread was really tasty yet the fried chicken was well marinated! It was indeed a sinful and heavy breakfast to kick start a weekend. continue reading
