这个猪肚他们清洗的还瞒干净的，没有迟到一种臭臭的味道。只是可能我们去吃火锅时是他刚开店的时分，大约六点钟，也许因为这个原因，／或者是为了让这猪肚更能保持他的新鲜度，所以还没完全解冻。把他放去汤里煮了一段时间还会有硬硬的感觉。

這是咖喱山豬肉，份量不會很多價格有一點小貴。可能是山豬肉的關係所以有一點硬硬的。我就不怎麼喜歡了。這家火鍋店也很會做生意。他的小吃是非常多的選擇也是，人潮也非常的好。也許火鍋是一個非常方便又好吃的食物吧！

這一碟葡式燒pari魚也很好吃，主要是他們的辣椒做得不錯，如果你很會吃辣，你不會覺得他很辣，如果你不會吃辣，那可要小心了，我覺得我算會吃辣的了，可是這也辣倒我了。如果你問我這魚新鮮嗎，我會回答：還可以更新鮮的，這個還好罷了。如果可以我希望店家可以放多點羊角豆，一位切的那麼小片之餘，分量也不多。😄哈哈

这一碟 ‘特级沙茶超薄煮肉片，价格rm6.90。 大约有十片左右超薄的肉片， 放在汤头里刷刷下就能放进口里， 不要把它煮到太久，会硬哦。忘了沾沙茶酱反而点了他们家的辣椒就把他放进口里了。

烧鱼大多数的做法都是在锡纸上面放上香蕉叶，把海鲜和少许蔬菜放在上面，加上他们的特制辣椒酱，然后用锡纸包起来了。这盘葡萄牙式烧kampung鱼辣椒有点小辣，鱼儿也还好，一碟rm15左右。

剩下最后一口才想说拍照和大家分享，真不好意思。吃了辛辣的tomyam汤， 喝一口清凉解暑的龙眼海底椰水， 我们叫了一jug，我的感觉是店家放了很多糖也很多冰在里头，不是那么的纯正， 龙眼罐头的本来就是很好吃的。哈哈

Ingredients for two pax are rather in big portion in Hometown Steamboat Restaurant. Besides herbal soup as steamboat base, we had ordered porridge /congee as the steamboat base. It was the first time I had ever tried porridge in steamboat style. With all the prawns and fish, the porridge was sweet and nice. But I am not a big fan of porridge , I prefer herbs soup. One thing you need to aware when you are eating the porridge steamboat is that the porridge will easily burn at the bottom.

Looking at the left side of the steamboat pot, it is herbal soup steamboat. (to be exact it is Hua Tiao Wine Herbal Soup)Hometown steamboat is very famous around Kepong or even Damansara area. One bad thing about this restaurant is that it is always full and packed. You will need to book or go really early to queue up. There are variety choice of food and soup bases you can choose for your steamboat bowl. We only tried the clear and tom Yam soup and I have to say the Tom Yam is really good, definitely a must try for Tom Yam lovers. Their ingredients are really fresh and very presentable. This outlet have good business everyday do come here early during dinner to avoid long waiting queue. Satisfy.

This restaurant is Hometown Steamboat Restaurant's third branch. I was quite impressive with this restaurant. Unlike those traditional steamboat restaurant, Hometown Steamboat offers a variety of sets to be chosen. E.g seafood set, meat set, fishball set & etc. As for the soup, there are those typical flavours and also various of special soup available at an additional price.
