Sizzling grilled chicken portuguese. The chicken came alongside with mixed vegetables and french fries. The chicken was boneless chicken thigh and came in a sizzling hot plate with sauce. The french fries was drenched in the sauce which was yummy. The meat was well marinated and tender. It was delicious. The portion was big. I wish they could give more sauce.

The Highway Cafe's fried rice consisted of chicken slices, prawns, eggs and vegetables. It was a very simple fried rice and came in a big portion. The chicken slices were slightly dry and the prawns were fresh but small in size. In my opinion, more eggs should be added to make the fried rice more fragrant. Overall the dish was okay. It was not oily and lack of wok hei.
