Dou fu fa jelly. After finished all the dishes in the wedding dinner, it was the time to have a dessert to end the luxurious dinner in Hee Lai Ton restaurant. The dessert served was dou fu fa jelly, which made by the fresh soya juice and added some long gan flesh inside. The texture was so moisture and soft.
