As for the rojak, I love how their sauce is not super spicy; it's a bit sweet with a tinge of spicyness.

Since I was young, Hasan's has always been my favourite place to get my Rojak and Cendol fix. I tapau-ed a packet of Cendol for RM2.50; if you have it there it will be RM 2. I'd rather take away because the portion is so much more than the having here ones. The cendol consists of cendol, the milk, corns and red beans. Since I dislike red beans, I have requested mine to not have red beans. They will usually give more corn to subsitute the red beans.

In my opinion, it's definitely an affordable way to cool down.

Indian rojak sold out of a mobile van. Best that I have found in PJ so far. I frequent the one at SS2 same row as Starbucks & Chatime. Friendly chap with quick service. Reasonably priced too. Clean to top it off. Fresh ingredients with a killer sauce. Great whenever you have a fix for rojak. Don't forget to add the sotong. Gives a good kick!

Rojak sotong. Hasan's rojak has been in the area since I was young and he serves one of the best rojak in town. I ordered the rojak with sambal sotong. The ingredients were sengkuang, cucumber, beansprouts, crackers and few different type of deep fried stuffs. The rojak sauce was so thick, spicy and sweet. I love it so much. The crackers and fried stuffs were so crispy, together with the crunchy sengkuang and cucumber.

The yellow noodles used here are quite soft and I love having this with the thick sauce. The sauce is quite sweet and mildly spicy, which taste just so-so for me.

I have ice kacang (ABC) instead of cendol, because the icy shave tastes better with the syrup, corns, jellies and other condiments. They're just a tad sweet for me, but overall it is not bad.

This would have to take the trophy as the best cendol I had in the Klang Valley. I don't know how there can be such a vast difference in quality when all the ingredients are pretty much standard, but it tasted somehow colder (what did they do with the ice?!) and the flavour of the gula melaka mixed into the coconut milk is more caramelly than most places, but not overly sweet; that is, there taste-to-sweetness ratio is higher - which means for the same sweetness, it tastes better. It was so good,

It was so good, I had two bowls - which I never do under normal circumstances. In fact it must have only been the second or third time I ever had a double serving - and the other times I was just outright thirsty!

I'd usually just pick one that's close to home (because I don't really know where all the good ones are), but this particular Saturday afternoon, I happened to be at Seapark, so I decided to try this one while I was waiting for my chiropractor's appointment.

The sauce was rich (richer than most I've tried), thick, and nutty - may be a bit too strong for lighter taste buds, but I loved it very much. The turnip and cucumber strips were also abundant, and then there's the rest of the standard fare. Very big - left me very satisfied and full.

Unfortunately, I finished it so fast, I still had to wait another hour for my appointment.
