好友的砂锅鸡饭至今依旧是用火炭来烧煮的。第一次看见老板赤手把砂锅的盖子掀起真的吓一跳!白米饭被煮的冒出滚滚白沫之后老板把鸡肉,腊肠及咸鱼放进半熟的白饭里头,香味便渐渐溢出来了。煮好的砂锅鸡饭热腾腾的,色泽漂亮,老板给的配料也非常的大方。唯一美中不足的地方就是锅巴都太焦了,没办法下咽。米饭偏软嫩,但是不至于没有口感。咸鱼一片片的可以直接挑出来吃,鸡肉非常嫩,就算是鸡胸肉也不会有粗糙感。味道偏重口味,偏咸,虽然说好吃,但是还是少了黑酱油的香味。 continue reading
