I really do enjoy the smoothness of tofufa. Tofufa is a Chinese dessert made with very soft tofu. After that, sugar made from sugarcane or conventional will be added on top. Some even place ginger sugar in it. This bowl of tofu was really soft and smooth. It was easy to scoop and swallow. The flavour was really light yet strong enough to be effective. Overall, its cheap and I like it.

This was also another famous bowl of pan mee to be ordered here at Ha Ha xiu Pan Mee. Its the traditional type of panmee with salted anchovies, minced pork meat, egg and chilli. It is similar to the one in Face to Face. I personally prefer this one more as its not as dry as Face to Face. The chili here taste better than the one supplied by Face to Face. Overall, I believe this one was pretty okay.

I personally prefer the traditional teared-type pan mee compared to the modern conventional regular pan mee available in Face to Face. The pan mee here unfortunately wasn't done by hand. It looks too perfect and consistent. However, the soup itself was really flavourful and there were plenty of anchovies. Overall, I wish that they had actually tear it by hand because that would give a warm nostalgic feel to most people who had it long time ago.

I was very blatantly surprised to see that Ha Ha Xiu serves Tau Fu Fa as well. We ordered it as our dessert after we finished our pan mee meals. Tau Fu Fa is actually soya custard, which tastes and feels like soyabean pudding. The tau fu fa was amazingly soft yet had a solid texture to its surface, so the top layer did not break that easilly. It was also very sweet and the clear syrup had a slight sweet coconut aftertaste.

These are the drinks that me and the boyfriend ordered for ourselves. We were feeling quite heaty on that particular day so we decided that we needed some cooling drinks. The black one is cincau drink, which has quite alot of amount of the black jellies. I liked that the overall cincau drink was very herbal-ish, and it was certain that it was not served artificially because at first i thought they would serve us the normal cincau from the Yeo's can drink. The yellow-ish drink is a mixture of honey

The yellow-ish drink is a mixture of honeydew and crysanthemum. The combination surprisingly works quite well and had a great cooling yet sweet effect on our throats.

This is the famous signature pan mee in Ha Ha Xiu. This style of pan mee is so mainstream right now, lol. Served in a dry state with lots of topping of dry chilies and anchovies, they also came together with a fresh half-boiled egg. The yolk is meant to be popped, to allow it to glaze and act as a sticky sauce with the noodles. I liked the noodles alot but sadly the portion is really small

My boyfriend ordered the pan mee soup with the "tear" type of pan me. This bowl of pan mee soup is actually super large in size. My boyfriend who is a big eater felt quite full after eating this as well. The soup was quite dense and flavorful but I feel like the soup was very MSG-like ._. But no doubt, it tasted good. The addition of the fried spring onions and mushrooms were great to complement the overall dish.

This huge bowl of herbal pan mee is surprisingly not bad. they used some chicken meat and ginger with red dates to produce this herbal-infused soup. added with some vegetables, the bowl of pan mee was quite flavorful but after eating it i felt quite satiated. nevertheless, the bowl was still worthy to eat as the portion is very huge and i was very full after finishing my bowl.

If you ask me what do I normally eat , or what is the something that you will never get tired of eating? I would definitely say Chili Pan Mee. I remember there's one period I eat chili pan mee EVERY SINGLE DAY... for maybe...hmm, one month.. My parents scolded me , because I was too crazy . It's bad for healthy because I had chili everyday! But still, im addicted. With the soft poached egg , fragrant chili, potato leaves, springy and chewy pan mee, some restaurant comes with different color pan

My parents scolded me , because I was too crazy . It's bad for healthy because I had chili everyday! But still, im addicted. With the soft poached egg , fragrant chili, potato leaves, springy and chewy pan mee, some restaurant comes with different color pan mee ( beetroot, spinach, carrot , or mix)... I feel so healthy after eating them!

Slightly break the yolk with your chopstick, then mingle all the ingredients in the bowl... ADD EXTRA CHILI FLAKES!!! That's how I eat them! Ahhh~~ *drowning in my own saliva right now*

Herbal Pan MeeThere is a very week presence of the herbal or the essence in my Herbal Pan Mee. It tasted like the original Pan Mee soup even though the herbal element is there in the bowl. The Pan Mee is "Q" and there is nothing much in this bowl except for herbal item, vegetable, and ikan bilis. If this is the original Pan Mee Soup I would have say it is above average but sadly it is not and failed to be a Herbal Pan Mee.

HaHaXiu Pan Mee allows their customer to customise their bowl of Pan Mee according to individual preference. There were several flavoured Pan Mee range from spinach, purple cabbage, chilli, and several other I can't remember. There is few slice of pork which tasted good and tender that actually spice

Literally translated, HAHAXiu Pan Mee means Laughing loudly "Haha!" Pan Mee. Not a bad name, I guess. This is a little cozy place, simple design. What I like is the availability of magazines (even the latest Cleo, Women's weekly etc) and comics (Doraemon!) that is on the shelves when you walk in.Not that you have to wait long, as food is served relatively fast. They have a variety of tong sui, and you can take the set (along with the pan mee) that will save you about RM0.80. Dumpling pan mee. Pan

Dumpling pan mee. Pan mee price is generally RM6-RM6.80. The portion is generous, I must say. The soup is thick, and has some Chinese vegetables that add to the flavor.

They have a variety of flavors of mee itself, this is the spinach knife cut pork pan mee. Add on RM0.30 for special flavours like pumpkin, beetroot etc. Nice but actually not much difference tastewise,if you are talking about the pan mee
The pork pan mee is good, and has a generous amount of pork (and innards like liver, but you can always opt out), and is very worth the money.

I my opinion, its definitely a place that is worth my money. I have already gone there twice in the 1-2 months I've known the place ;)
