it is always customary to have shark fins soup in oriental chinese restaurants! but as far as i know, shark fin is no longer accustomed to have anymore as it is banned in malaysia? i wasn't too sure either so the bits of shark fin in this soup may be the imitation ones like how you see fake meat made up from flour in vegetarian restaurants LOLanyway, the soup was actually quite good! thickly textured soup, with a lot of crab meat fillings were great enough to complement our tummies.

Siew pao is one of my favorite items whenever I visit dim sum places. This siew pao had a super white and seemingly fluffy outer layer but when I bite into it, it was quite dry which can easily choke a person who eats too fast. The filling inside was very juicy and flavorful and the gravy moistened into pao, making the outer layer easier to eat. I would like it more if it comes with moistened skin and more fillings.
