If you're into Angus beefs and foe gras then this is definitely for you.. As with all fine dining establishments; the dish is presented beautifully.. classy plating indeed The foe gras was not too tender nor too hard. And the red wine juice topping certainly give the entire dish a unique flavoring indeed The Angus beef was done really well too.. Definitely a must-try !!

When it comes to Rocket Salads, thought admittedly Gabaldi's version is indeed super pricey indeed.. you are however guranteed of freshly prepared, super crisp variety of fresh garden veges... including lettuce, garden tomatoes, sliced onions, olives, pears and Asiago cheese. Super yums.. Plus, everything's well drenched with delicious Balsamic Oil dressing too

This warm soup is very comforting for the tummy and the soul indeed. Simple yet presented beautifully; though it's pricey I loved it for it's warm yet genuine simplicity This soup is cooked in wood-fire, oven-roasted style giving it a really unique and aromatic aroma. Sweet, slightly smoky and slightly tangy all at the same time... and comes with bread croutons too

A really simple yet beautifully-prepared appetizer Plus it tastes really good too. The bruschettas are basically sliced white baguette breads rubbed with garlic and well-spread with olive oil plus seasoned with salt and pepper before being grilled to aromatic perfection. At Garibaldi they're topped with delicious chopped grilled tomatoes and shredded sliced cheese. Yums

Garibaldi (in my opinion at least) is the perfect romantic restaurant to impress your date, or to celebrate wedding anniversaries or birthdays for couples. It's classy, beautiful and have really elegant table settings, ambience and really cool jazzy background music Do expect fine dining prices though.. but be rest assured the dishes that came out are not only all works of art.. but taste really good too!

这道是这里非常特别的鸭肉火腿，厨师将鸭肉火腿，一片片切得像纸薄似的鸭肉火腿呈半生熟，腌制过的鸭肉火腿带少许咸咸的口感，却不会有浓郁的鸭腥味，反而口感很滑美，令人回味无穷。

这里这道自制的宽面条非常的宽，配上自家特制香浓的法式烟熏鸭和非煤的烧鹅肝，香酥的熏鸭加上鹅肝丝腻滑润，入口即化，与面条一起放进嘴里，味道特别，两者互相相得益彰，非常不错。

这道是一道烤过的鸭肉厚厚一小片，肉质结实，弹性略带嚼劲，把鸭肉放进嘴巴吸收完毕精华后才舍得吞下，配搭香橙洋葱酸辣酱和比利时菊苣，酸酸甜甜非常开胃，有点意犹未尽的感觉。

这一道美食果真令人别开生面，眼前一亮，味道还真的让人感觉意想不到的。由烟熏鱼子酱和澳洲生蚝是自成一格海洋风味，再加上水煮全熟蛋的鲜美蛋黄，令在滑口的几秒中加分不少，令人不知不觉就滑进口里了。

这道菜色非常有创意的搭配，墨鱼汁染黑了马铃薯丸仔，令马铃薯增添了墨鱼汁的味道，而且在扇贝，海盐的配合下，所以一口吃下去，舌尖上的味蕾完全进入了海洋的美食情境，丸子也刚刚好，软绵的口感。

这道主菜充分体现出厨师创意，厨师特制的紫色马铃薯泥的颜色非常吸睛，即是马铃薯泥新鲜的替身，也是安格斯牛肉的酱料，而且芬芳的黑松露做点饰，最后也不忘了尝一尝由天妇罗粉香炸的节瓜华，舒缓下味蕾。
