I didn't know what to order to drink, and the affable waitress suggested that I try their signature Hong Kong Milk Tea. I agreed, and the drink came almost immediately. My first sip tasted wonderful. It was definitely very authentic Hong Kong milk tea. The sweetness was just enough without being overwhelming, and the milk plus tea taste just right. Priced at RM5.50 a glass, it was well worth the amount paid.

Four Seasons prides itself in serving Hong Kong style fare. If this is true, this would mean that they serve a good glass of yin yong drink. Essentially milk tea plus coffee, the drink is supposed to be very nice, if done right. I thought that the glass of yin yong had too much coffee taste in it, thus drowning the tea flavour. It wasn't too sweet, so that was good. Priced at RM5.50, it was decent amount to pay.

Mum ordered the stir fried emperor noodles, and she said it was awesome. I thought it was pretty good myself. The noodles were fried full of wok hei, and the ingredients were aplenty. There were chicken bits, gau choy and beansprouts. Just before serving, dash of sesame seeds were sprinkled on top for extra flavour. Best eaten with some cut chillies. Priced at RM15.80 a plate, it was well worth the amount paid.

Dad ordered the fish head rice noodle with shark bone. He enjoyed it very much, as the taste of the soup was fragrant and flavourful. The rice noodle, or mee hoon was also done well, not too soft. There were plenty of fish meat in the fish head, but I thought the taste was a bit too fishy for me. Priced at RM20.80, it wasn't cheap, but dad said that it was value for money.

I was at Empire Shopping Gallery with parents, bringing mum to buy some groceries. Since it was lunch time, we decided to head over to Four Seasons Restaurant to have some food. There were quite a bit of people in it, so we had to wait a while for a table. Once seated, I ordered the siew yuk dry noodles. The noodles were the type that you get when you order wan tan mee. The noodles were springy and well tossed with dark sauce and soya sauce. The siew yuk was juicy, but I thought the skin should

They gave a bowl of soup, but I didn't really like it as it had the smelly taste of pork, and was full of MSG.

At Empire Subang, we came across a restaurant inside the Jaya Grocer. So we thought we should give it a try. This place is selling Hong Kong style roast duck, roast chicken, roast pork, and honey glazed pork aka "char siu". I always prefer Hong Kong style as they really taste better than our local roast. Ordered the three mix rice and the roast duck dry noodle. The three mix rice consists of roast duck, roast pork and roast chicken. Among all, i must say i like the roast pork most. The roast por

The roast pork have this crunchy skin, when you eat, you can hear the crunchiness. The roast pork was not salty which i like and wasn't too fat. The roast chicken was average with a bit of tough meat. The roast duck was quite good. Roasted to slightly burnt. Only complain is the duck was quite oily. The duck noodle was not bad either. The noodle was springy. Lightly tossed with some soy sauce and some roast duck's fat dripping down to the noodle, the noodle was quite nice. Honk Kong style chili with lots of chili oil, and the garlic dipping.
