和朋友来了这儿晚餐,点了 Teppanyaki Chicken Chop set ,有附送一碗汤和一碗白饭。没多久就看着厨师把完全生的青菜和豆芽在你面前的铁板上煮熟,其实煮的过程把我吓了一着,那个粉不晓得是不是味精,厨师大哥放了很多很多。接着肉就上场烧了,厨师精湛的手艺没一下就把肉烧好了,之后就是把肉放在我面前的那小堆菜上面。Chicken Chop 选择了鸡胸肉,加上调味(黑胡椒粉还有辣椒)煮成。有点小辣,但配饭是完全赞。菜的比例比较多,但我喜欢豆芽所以没关系。酱汁并没有想象中的入味,吃下去还是觉得酱是酱,鸡肉还是鸡肉,味道是分开的,可惜了。

Chicken Chop 选择了鸡胸肉,加上调味(黑胡椒粉还有辣椒)煮成。
有点小辣,但配饭是完全赞。
菜的比例比较多,但我喜欢豆芽所以没关系。
酱汁并没有想象中的入味,吃下去还是觉得酱是酱,鸡肉还是鸡肉,味道是分开的,可惜了。

This is what i get - Curry chicken with potato, fried kang kung and spicu sauce tofu.
Overall it was taste good and big portion serve. Love the curry gravy it goes well with the white rice.
Apart of rice, it also sell fried noodle or bihun.

The texture of the noodle was springy and flavorful.
It was quite balance mixing the black soy sauce together with the noodle.
The barbecue chicken are tender and the barbecue sauce a bit too sweet for me.

Cantonese Sang Mee It stir-fried Cantonese style with the egg sauce and starchy.The gravy are thick enough and flavorful. The noodle are soaked well together with the gravy.The prawns and chicken are fresh. Cantonese Sang Mee
It stir-fried Cantonese style with the egg sauce and starchy.

My friend like to add some chilli padi or sambal together to add some spicy kick in.

This stall is located at Food Republic Pavillion.It selling Hot Sizzling Plate Noodle and Rice. Apart of that it also sell the Portuguese grilled Fish or Seafood like prawn,squid or clam (lala).Portuguese grilled string Ray with rice.It wrapped with the aluminium foil and grill it till cooked.Once done, it will opened the above part and smell are good.The stingray is fresh and savoury. The sauce are okay not so spicy for me but it still good eat with the rice.

there are so many choices you will have a hard time picking out a dish to try
i decided to go for the western cuisine because it is near
it actually has its own seating area but of course you can buy and sit at the public areas

Being a Sarawakian myself, I'm always keen to try out Sarawak food in KL. I have walked past Sarawak cuisine at the Pavilion's food court quite a few times and have been quite curious to see how the food will fare. The choices are limited to Kolo Mee, Beef Noodles, Noodles or Kuah Tiaw fried with tomato sauce (a dish very close to my heart) and Laksa. I make Kolo mee and Laksa quite often at home so this time I went for Tomato Kueh Tiaw. Yeap, it's not much to look at but I love the generousity

Yeap, it's not much to look at but I love the generousity of the tangy tomato sauce. The kuah tiaw was fried to perfection with "wok breath", they were also generous with chicken char siew, prawns, some squid and choy sum. The taste was decent, quite authentically Sarawakian. Although I must say that everyone has their own preference to how their tomato noodles should taste, this was close to what I like. The Kolo Mee my friend ordered also looked pretty good, although I'm not sure how it would taste without pork, haha.

It's rare to find food less than RM10 at Pavilion, so this would be a good choice next time I crave for something cheap while in Pavilion.

This chicken chop was so-so, it was a bit bland and the rice was a bit too salty. The mushroom sauce was quite rich though and thick. I would have preferred black pepper sauce as it truly brings out the real flavour of the chicken. But, what to do, i've already ordered the mushroom version. The serving size is quite decent.

This cash only food court is conveniently located at the center of the floor the only trouble it give me is where to find a seating place. I tasted this curry noodle offered by one of the stall, it is quite oily and ingredient is not much to spare. It's small portion definitely is not enough for man but for slimmer it is just nice to fill in the stomach. Temperature of the soup is still hot enough.

I'm going to try the Kolo Mee cause heard from my friend say that the Kolo Mee from the Sarawak Cuisine Stall at Food Republic is good.It like similar like Hakka Mee .The different for this dish is comes with BBQ Chicken and fish cakes.The noodle was delicious and springy.I will more prefer to put more lime squeeze in the noodle to get some sour taste and appetizing.

This round, I'm ordering the fried carrot cake.The carrot cake was fried slightly- burnt edges (smokey) with the bean sprout and radish.On top of the dishes there is an thin omelette.The carrot cake texture is soft is nice eat together with the bean sprout ,radish and the omelette.The potion is big and filling.The add some spiciness of the dishes , you can add some sambal in.
