My sister was attracted to the Fish & Co and then she made up her mind to have dinner at Fish & Co. Fish & Co is located at Lower Ground, 1 Utama Shopping Centre. We were welcomed by the staff at the entrance and he seated us in the 2 pax table. Once seated he explained us about the CIMB promotion they are having now. Been a while since I'd eaten here. I've always thought of this place as an overpriced place serving unfresh, frozen fish; and during this visit, I had proven myself right... as usual.I was pining for some comfort food; I don't know what possessed me to opt for this. Most likely because there's not many options in One Utama. Anyway, the fish was typically "fishy" (characteristic of frozen fish - fresh fish never has this smell). Went to fish and co for dinner with friends. Here you can order many kinds of seafood dish to enjoy.We order 1 big plate of prawns with friedns and fish fillet to share.The portion is quite big and enough to share with 4 to 5 person.The prawn taste sweet and the prawn meat is very fresh. And the fries is not salty and fillet is perfectly cook.The lemon just add the taste on the fillet make it abit sour.Nice!

Another restaurant, another red velvet cake! This year's resolution to try as much Red Velvet as possible is doing good. This is Fish & Co's version of Red Velvet. Looks more like Marble Cheesecake more though. Anyway, the topping on top was a little to sweet for me, I would prefer if it was toned down. The cream cheese layer was a little too thick for me. There was no balance in the cake. The crust layer of the cake was dense, not exactly a bad thing but I was hoping it was fluffier.

这道意大利面，这里的厨师选用了香草白汁配意大利面，厨师还加入了碎蘑菇片，意大利面条的嚼劲，再加以白汁和蒜茸的调味，香草的香味融入了意大利面里，口感和味道真的是一绝。

这里的鸡腿先经过去骨和厨师精心地腌制一天一夜让其彻底入味，然后再酿入芝士和放在滚油里炸，出来的鸡肉皮脆肉软，外酥内嫩依然保留了鸡肉的原汁原味，而且一刀切开芝士流出来，非常有饱腹感呢。

这里这碗蘑菇碎汤，味道都是和其他餐厅大同小异的，蘑菇味道香浓的蘑菇汤，厨师还加入了奶油令蘑菇汤更加香滑细腻和碎粒面包，所以丝喝之下除了可以吃到细碎的蘑菇碎也可以吃到碎面包粒。

这个这里的海鲜拼盘还挺丰富的，除了有新鲜爽口的烤虾，烤青贝等还有酥脆的炸薯条。这个海鲜拼盘香脆可口，吃的时候再沾一些酸辣酱一起吃，味道还蛮不错的，而且也提供给三五知己聊天的一个不错的小吃。

這餐厅提供各式各样的海鲜美食。可以讓你尝试很多選择，价格负担得起的和不太贵，在这里可以享用美味可口的各式各樣海鮮類。這魚有少許的醃製，不過不會失去魚本身的鮮味，它绝对美味和香味浓郁！搭配米飯會有飽感。

There are kids meal here for the children. A few choices for the kids to choose base on their favourite taste! Our children love the Penne served with double cream + 7up soft drink very much (small cup)! The price is very reasonable --> RM6.90 excluded tax! Is affordable for most of the parents especially those have no idea what to let their children to have for lunch/dinner!The taste is superb and awesome! 好豐盛的下午餐啊。這裡的環境很舒服，色內裝潢里燈光扮演了很重要的角色，它可以是你的胃口食慾打開，或者相反。這一碟的海鮮盤材料都很新鮮，尤其是那tempura蝦，好美味哦。不會因為tempura而遮住了蝦的味道。我很喜歡。

Grilled SquidThe squid was marinated a little and they grilled it well too. It was still chewy and was not soft. Therefore, I was certain that the squid is fresh too. Definitely delectable and flavorsome!Try this with some lemon juice sprinkled on it because it brings out the best in grilled seafood.

Grilled ClamsThe clams meat were fresh and they had cooked it well. It was quite springy in fact and and there was a distinct grilled aroma to it. I would recommend eating this with a sprinkle of lemon juice. I had to take a long time because it was very chewy as well I would give a thumbs up for this, especially to those who love seafood!

FriesWhen I looked at the fries, they looked exactly like those you would get of those value meals at any fast food chain. But, when i tried it, my impression changed. They lightly salted the fries and it was not oily at all. It was also crispy and the potatoes could be tasted. It wasn't soggy at all. Really good for me
