Their food is ok, but their service is super duple BAD. The take order 'waitress', the old aunty, always put on her black face to customers. Don't thought she is OLD, she still can argue with you with a very loud 'speaker'. I order with her, and after wait for 30 minutes, my takeaway wantan mee not yet ready. So, I ask her go in and check. She don't even want to check and argue with me with a very loud voice. I won't visit this restaurant again!  There are many nice food out there. Service bad m

What kind of makan place actually just comes up to you and takes your order without a menu, when they serve something so unusually specialized? A place that also names themselves "famous", that's what! Pretty full-of-yourself, if you ask me, and though their food is good, it's not that good. The char siew is really gooey, fatty and sweet, but I found it more cloying than I did appetizing. The noodles were mostly tasteless and bland.

Let me start with the bad part of this shop (during weekdays). It's the parking space. Be ready to either come early to get a parking spot or get ready to stalk some ppl till they leave. Once you have overcome that, you're safe. They have an ample amount of sitting space in this simple shop. And you also don't have to think much of what to eat as the menu is very straight forward with few selections. I always go with the hakka mee. And this time I top up with an additional plate of roasted chicken which was recommended by my colleague.

The hakka mee was a little bit too wet for my liking but the taste make up for it. They also give a generous amount of minced meat. It's slightly salted and noodle is tangy. It's not greasy like most hakka mee too. The roasted chicken is also roasted to crispy brown and the meat is tender and juicy. To top it all, this meal is less than RM10 with a glass of herbal tea!

Milo. Even though it was a hot day and we were seated outside, I still feel like drinking hot milo, so I ordered it. The milo was not too thick as not much milo powder was being applied. The texture was not too diluted, still acceptable. It was not too sweet.Barli is best to cool down the temperature. This barli was diluted and I dont taste much barli in it. It was not too sweet too.

Hakka Mee. In order to match with the char siew, I ordered a bowl of hakka mee to fill up the stomach. The hakka mee was topped with massive amount minced pork and some spring onions. It was a plain bowl of mee but because of some pepper seasoning, it made a very good bowl of plain noodles. The hakka mee was not too thick or tough, it was just nice. Overall it was not salty.

Wantan Mee. The wantan mee came with char siew, vegetables and a bowl of dumpling in soup. The wantan mee does not had alkaline taste and it was springy, slightly salty with the black soy sauce. The char siew was tasty and very good. The wantan dumpling was small, salty and a lot of dumpling skin, which I do not prefer. It could be an above average type of wantan mee.

Caramelized Pork ("Char Siew"). When people talk about Seremban Favourites in Aman Suria, the first thing is the melt-in-the-mouth char siew. After tried this for myself, I strongly agree to that statement. The char siew was thickly cut and has a little bit of fats it it. The texture was so soft and it was indeed melt in the mouth. The caramelized burnt parts were sweet.

Well, the reason we were here is to taste the famous Char Siew. We heard so much good things about the Char Siew from this place, we purposely invited few more people to come along. The char siew was indeed very delicious and memorable. I love the caramelized char siew which has sticky sauce on it. Not forget to mention the char siew will melt in your mouth. That is how tender the char siew is. The char siew is slightly fatter than what i normally eat, but that's ok. I like the overall taste and

Part of the dishes we ordered is the Hong Kong style roast pork. The roast pork was cut into small pieces and the proportion of fats and lean meats were just right. I love the crunchy roast pork skin, too bad the skin part is a very small part from the roast pork. How i wish the crunchy skin is the bigger part. I like the flavor of the roast pork as it wasn't smoked or too salty.

At this place, one would normally order wantan mee/ egg noodle to go with the dishes. I was surprised to find Mee Hoon in the menu. Being a mee hoon lover, i ditched wantan mee and order mee hoon dry style. The mee hoon did not disappoint me at all. I love every single bites till the end. The dry style mee hoon was not dry at all, in fact it was very moist. I love the mee hoon because the mee hoon absorbed the flavors from the sauce.

We ordered the char siew as an accompaniment to the Hakka Noodles, half lean meat, half fat. The char siew that was served was absolutely delectable. The outer skin is crunchy and extremely caramelised, to the point that the honeyed layer was sticking to the plate. The meat has a good mix of lean and fat. The char siew literally melt in the mouth. Truly a recommended dish.

I have grown up eating in Hakka Noodles, famous in Seremban. So when I was told by a fellow colleague that Aman Suria has a shop that served this, I immediately visited them over the weekend. The noodles were done fabulously, with the right kind of texture and springy-ness of well done noodles. The minced pork garnished with some chopped spring onions were very tasty, albeit slightly on the salty side. We were adventurous and dashed our way to the parking hungry Aman Suria to sample some of the better roasted chicken/char siew and hakka noodles in PJ area. My colleague was saying that their portion is mighty small so I ordered the big one. We also ordered the roasted chicken and char siew as they were 'calling' us from that window.

Then it came, the amount on the bowl shocked me. It can easily feed 2 grown men! So I had to portion it into another bowl to tapau for my other colleague. I added extra minced pork for just RM1. Add on of char siew was RM2. The hakka noodle is moist, non sticky, slightly salty and very delicious! The char siew was so nicely roasted that you can taste the sweet honey and crunchiness of the meat. The chicken was also very nicely roasted as there we no fat left on the skin, which is the best part to go with rice or on its on.

It's a simple shop and the service was fast. As time went by, more and more office workers came and soon the shop was full. The food is super cheap and tasty. The only thing unsatisfactory was probably the difficulty to find parking.
