Essence Sheraton 位置方便, 環境高級優雅, 它的自助餐由晚上6:30pm開始,我們星期五晚去,即日book位都仲有位,坐唔滿.它的食物種類超多不同種類任你選擇如凍蟹腳,肉蟹,蠔,帶子,琵琶蟹,蝦....而且所有熱食都是熱騰騰的.最愛它那椰子蟲草燉湯,超级熱和好飲,真材實料.其他,日本生蠔亦好新鮮另亦超级喜愛它那厨師即煮的咖喱蟹,胡椒蟹,超好味甜品的選擇亦超级多,有雪糕(四種口味),冰,不同的蛋糕,生果和朱古力噴泉.整體值得一試再試 continue reading

几年前面还记得这里的buffet还蛮不错的,今天刚巧有机会来这吃,哪知他们的quality竟然跌了很多,虽然样式还是很多,可是每一道都没好吃,还蛮令人失望的,酒店的quality通常都会maintain在一定的水准,希望他们会继续进步。 continue reading

Sheraton 的自由餐厅,essence,和一般的buffet餐厅每两样,而且近来的quality有很明显的下降了,唯一比较好的就是他们的甜品section。日本鱼生和寿司都令人失望。希望他们会改进,sheraton 的quality不该如此。 continue reading

Sheraton Imperial's current buffet promo of unlimited New Zealand oysters with a free flow of wine at RM128++ per person is a decent deal. The smallish-looking oysters, ready to be shucked only on order. Some skillful knife work to prise them out of their shells. Absolutely addictive; we must have eaten dozens of these. Not at all bland like regular buffet oysters tend to be; these were briny, with a clean but flavorsome finish. There were cooked versions available, with toppings such as beef bacon & cheese, but the raw ones tasted much, much better. The wine wasn't top-notch, but it was satisfactory enough. continue reading
