一提起在 Publika 用餐，大家最先想到的就是高级餐厅和咖啡座吧～其实这里也有比较经济实惠的选择，Publika 的底层就有好几家提供价格大众化的小吃店，还有今天要推荐的“为食村”，只需十块钱上下就可以让你填饱肚子。。。好啦～十块钱在 Publika 来说算是很便宜了好吗～“为食村”是一个集合了全马各地出名美食的美食广场，有点类似 Lot 10 的“十胡同”。一眼看去，档口上全是熟口熟面响当当的名字，有大山脚芋头饭、冼都阿叶福建面等等。用餐区宽敞舒适，这一点我觉得比“十胡同”更为优胜。掌管每个档口的几乎都是外劳，这种情况都已经让我见怪不怪了，难得可以在这里一次过尝遍全马各地的美食，我就已经很感恩了。猪杂汤套餐 - RM11.60走遍全场，我觉得CP值最高的非大山脚芋头饭莫属。一份价格介于 RM10.60 - RM12.60 的套餐，里头包含了一碗芋头饭、一份主菜、卤蛋和卤豆腐，我们五人当中就有三人点了这个。先说他们的芋头饭，份量比大山脚的原店来得大，而且芋头也比较多，但是质感方面有点松散，如果可以煮得湿润一点会比较好。味道大致上还算满意。卤蛋和卤豆腐的卤汁不够浓，也不太够味，有点不

BM Yam Rice is famous in Bukit Mertajam.I'm choose the set Set A - where it comes with Yam rice, Pork soup, braised tofu and eggs. The yam and rice was fluffy with top some fried shallot. The rice taste was good. Although is just a small bowl but is full our stomach. 这是大山脚芋头饭的芋头反加黄酒鸡。他们的芋头饭吃起来口感粘粘密密的。而黄酒鸡的味道则还好，第一口喝起来感觉浓郁，再喝下去又会发现其实它的浓度还好而已。酒味不重，味道有点带甜，不是很喜欢。一份RM10.90。

My favourite among all the stalls here is definitely the BM Yam Rice. Comes in a set, the Yam rice would come with a pork soup with so much pork meat, pork ball, liver, intestine, and pork blood. All the pork any pork lover adores.Complimenting the rice and soup is the braised egg with tofu in black sauce.The rice came in a very small bowl but it was ideally satisfying for one person.

卤蛋，卤豆干, 味道我觉得普普通通，没有什么特别浓郁的味道。吃起来还是很一般吧，不会很好吃，也不会难吃。最起码他们的咸菜汤还可以喝，够酸, 材料新鲜完全，没有给人觉得放很多味精的感觉。依然觉得他们的卤蛋，卤豆干有带改善。

首先我要说的就是芋头饭，这里的芋头饭还挺中规中举的。我觉得芋头在芋头饭里扮演了非常重要的角色，一旦芋头选不好，煮出来的芋头就会很硬。我喜欢这里黑溜溜的芋头饭，里面还可以吃到芋头丁，饭上面还撒了一些炸葱，这碗饭还是挺香的。

这个卤猪脚相比之下我觉得还好，可能我吃习惯家里的了。这个的卤汁不是很合我胃口。猪脚很软但是不会一咬就烂那种还是有嚼劲那种。另外还有猪血在里面。也是一样卤到很入味。

既然点了饭这里的猪肉丸汤也是少不了了。我真的很喜欢这里的汤。因为里面的料很多。猪肉丸非常弹牙还有吊片的味道，这是很难得的因为现在比较少吃到有诚意的猪肉丸了。材料的味道完全渗进汤里面。好喝。

我觉得这里很厉害，竟然能在publika里芸芸的餐厅里面还有那么多人光顾。原来这个BM Yam Rice已经是很有有名气的了。来到这里一定要吃芋头饭。里面的饭软绵绵的而且味道十足。幸运的话还可以吃到大块的芋头呢。

When you go to bukit mertajam, one of the food you can eat is definitely their yam rice. The yam rice most of the time I eat together with the pork soup. I like the yam fragrance comes out from the rice here. The rice taste quite sweet. The quantity isn't much but it is good enough for you to enjoy your quick lunch hour over here. The rice itself is a bit sticky but then this is how the yam rice should be.

Eat Food Village 是publika non halal 的 food court。里头有很多很好吃，很著名的食物，这包括 大山脚 芋头饭。以前总要到大山脚才可以吃到好吃的芋头饭，可是现在，只要到publika就可以了！芋头饭 + 鲁蛋 + 鲁豆干 + Lok Bak, 还配上一碗酸酸的汤。值得一试！！

Bukit Mertajam Yam Rice in Eat Food Village has a few set meal for you to choose. Each set meal comes together with yam rice, stewed egg and tofu and soup. I chose stewed pork as my main dish. The flavoured lean meat was quite dry and not tender. The sauce was thick and delicious. The yam rice was fragrant. The egg and tofu were tasty.Overall the meal was satisfying.
