My wife's office is in Bukit Damansara, and we went to this place a few times before. The food is ok and price is reasonable for that area. What we like is the ambience which is quiet and cozy. Service is good as well. A nice place to chat and gather with friends, if you don't mind the food.

Went visiting a friend that stays around that area and told them that I was craving for some good butter chicken. It's the food that I often times find myself hungry for but then rarely ever find something to satisfy that craving. So they attempted to try by bringing me to Decanter. No surprise that I ordered myself a plate of Butter Chicken with Rice set. Actually it wasn't bad because the sauce is really creamy but had a hint of spiciness to it from the chilli that they add to it. The chicken

I couldn’t help when I see pies in the menu. Chicken and mushroom with diced carrots and onions, all baked in a melamine bowl, with pastry on top, covering the filling. I was rather disappointed with this one. Pastry was rather bland, even the fillings were somewhat just palatable. I would say, it was an insipid experience.Take note that the beverage menu were nothing too fascinating; ordinary menu with coffee, tea, juices, and smoothies. I love fusion restaurants. Not that those exclusive cuisines are not my cup of tea, but fusion restaurants tend to have wider selection of menu, hence more choices and better suited to accustom to more people’s taste. Here in Decanters, there is a wide selection of Asian flavors, Western, Italian, or light bites of pies and sandwiches. So I did try the main servings, recommended Hainanese chicken chop. Grilled, plump, succulent chicken fillet topped with sweet and sour tomato fried with capsicum

jika berkunjung ke sini,,,,saya amat sukakan mee bandung yang ada di sini......ia cukup enak dan amatah lazat sekali........apatah lagi mee kuning yang ada disini cukup kenyal sekali....selain itu,saya juga amat sukakan kepadatan bahannya yang cukup banyak sekali....antara yang ada adalah seperti sayuran,telur dan juga daging.....ia sangat lazat dan sedap.

看到香蕉汁融合完美的撲在pancake上，好香，感覺好像會很好吃，但是整體對我來說很甜。很甜的食物吃多幾口會有點膩的感覺。不過這是我的味蕾辨別出的，想要知道還是自己親身試看吧。

It may look all in a plate and not great, but its lovely. The Chicken chop is just like others, served with French fries, its just that with the Hainanese influence, it comes with a thicken gravy with onions, peas, tomatoes and carrots. That makes a creamy gravy that is tasty, as chicken chop dippings. A little unusual dish, not like the usual dry western chicken chop. Worth a try.

Serving western delicacies, Decanter has its own spaghetti cabonara. The thick creamy paste is great for slurping a well cook spaghetti into a hungry mouth. The ham is tasty, not too salty. Herbs was crushed and sparingly on top of the dish which makes the colour appears to be not bland. The spaghetti is well cooked and it got to be taken while its hot to get the right taste, else the gravy might taste a little too milky and thick.

其实很早就知道这家餐厅的存在，今天在偶然的机会之下就有机会来到这里光顾。喜欢这里的环境，因为都很舒服。这里的食物种类不算太多，但是很容易就能选到自己想想吃的食物。就好像这个派，外面烤到很香脆，里面慢慢的配料让人吃到很满足

这个mix grilled platter虽然小小一碟，可是味道爆满，吃起来很有饱足感。里面还有一个很大的虾子，虾子很新鲜，上面还有浓郁的芝士是上面。香肠很香脆，配上白酒真的是非常完美的组合

这个吃完了简直就是吃了很多的巧克力啊。因为这整个就好像极度浓缩的巧克力变成的一小块蛋糕。简直就不容小视啊。吃下去质感很密，然后一小口就好像吃了一大口这样，很浓郁

这个沙拉真的是蛮好吃的。其实主要是因为蔬菜够新鲜。没有苦涩的味道。吃起来清爽多汁。上面的面包碎为这个沙拉增色不少。然后吃起来加入了一种香脆又新鲜的口感。吃起来很refreshing

The seafood platter in decanter is nice, each and every seafood is grilled at its own, with different taste of supporting herbs. Cheesy mussel is chucky and chewy, nice. The fish is grilled to just nice state, While the "little lobster" is baked cheesy and very aromatic, Squid is fine, not much taste. The fries is just ok as I would prefer it thick and not so hard.

I simply love Decanter at Jalan Setiabakti Bukit Damansara. Especially the location. Located at the very end of a row of shophouses smacked right in the middle of the upscale neighborhood of Bukit Damansara; hanging out at the restaurant really feels good with it's tranquil,serene atmosphere. I also love the fact that it has ample of parking just right outside (no parking meters, yeah!) whether weekdays or weekends. Now to the menu. The western fare are pretty good- Shepherd's Pie and Fish and C

There are hits and misses on the menu, but this is an OK place for hanging out. Shepherd's pie. Not bad; despite costing only about RM10, this was pretty pleasing; the minced meat blended well with the creamy mash. Pai tee. Not tasty or crunchy enough to please fans of this Nyonya favorite. Hainanese chicken chop. The cloying tomato sauce was the downfall of this. Fried anchovies. A decent bar snack, but not really worth ordering.
