如果吃吃腻了外面很浓稠很creamy的carbonara,这个不妨一试。我觉得RM24一碟比起有些同样等级的餐厅算是物有所值了。因为除了上面有很多诱人的培根肉碎,还有很多菌类在里面。味道香而不腻,很light的一道料理。

平时吃到的茄子不是清蒸就是炒的,这个Deep Fried Eggplant Chips和天妇罗的很不同。天妇罗的面浆是比较多空气在里面,比较松。但是这份是比较实在的。茄子还能保留水分,吃起来也很爽脆,不过就好像炸腐皮那样油腻。

i won a tower of beer on my BFF's birthday celebration at Craft Brew~as i don't want to waste the tower of beer...me and love actually went back and finish the tower...located at a corner lot in Menara KLK, modern interior design and their special beer bottle as decoration, Craft Brew gave me the feeling of stylish and modern...giving out vouchers via lucky draw is a smart idea that could always drives crowd to Craft Brew~ we had a great night there with great beer and great food...it cost RM 19

Brutal IPA was nice...

after the last time i had their wedges from the meat platter~
i was actually missing their wedges everyday...
i didn't expect it to be so many in 1 portion...
too bad, we can't finish the wedges...
but it was really really nice!

Since Craft Brews focuses mainly on pork, how could we not try some ribs? We chose the Honey Mustard Back Ribs (RM 38). We found this tasty at the beginning, because the flavour was good. But after awhile the sweetness from the honey mustard gets a bit too overpowering, and we were struggling to finish. Definitely not something you want to try alone. We chose the Caramelized Roast Pork over Chicken, and asked to have it spicy. Indeed, we got big pieces of roast pork wok fried with caramelized onions and indeed spicy, so we were quite contented.

The Bacon-Wrapped Classic Roast Pork Skewers on the other hand, didn't float our boats too much. Undoubtedly 'grilled to perfection' like what the menu promised, but Wendy found the fat layer ratio in those pork belly chunks too high to enjoy.

The best of the lot, we found the Eggplant Chips to be excellent; the batter wasn't too thick, and the texture was soft like onion rings. It also wasn't too salty, which kind of made it the perfect finger food to go with our beers.

Of course how could we go to a beer place and not have a beer right? We decided to give the most interesting ones from the Rogue range a try, namely the Chocolate Stout (on the left) and the Hazelnut Brown.

The dark Chocolate Stout was thick and creamy, bittersweet like the stout you would be used to, but leading to a rich dark chocolatey linger. The Hazelnut Brown, on the other hand, was far lighter, with a lovely nutty, tad citrusy, aftertaste, which we both agreed was our favourite of the two. Great to wash away the Monday blues with.

Of course, there's the more common beers available too if that's more your thing. Craft Brews has a nice location, with a place that's not too big yet not that small either. Good enough to consider for a simple gathering of friends. =)

This dish is a dish for sharing and it is really alluring. Its portion is very big, which is satisfying. The grilled back ribs and chicken legs come with golden brown potato wedges and grilled corn on the side. The meats are grilled to a slight tangy flavour which is very nice, you can request for their special sauce for the meats. The potato wedges is very nicely fried too, crunchy and not oily. Something great for sharing.

The garden sald in Craft brews come in this very delighting wooden dish and also wooden spoon and forks. As delighting as how the bowl looks, the salad itself is very refreshing too. It has lettuce, other fresh leaves, cherry tomatoes and its salad dressing is very light olive oil and vinegar. You can request for some mayonaise or thousand island sauce if you still want something tasteful, but I would suggest that you just eat it as it is, refreshing enough!
