It is quite high class restaurant. Sometimes people will have wedding dinner here. We went there for dinner. The steamed chicken tastes is just normal. The chicken meat is tender and smooth. The steamed fish is small size. The tastes is quite nice. We also ordered claypot salted pork. The pork is tender and salty. The mixed vegetables fried with mushroom is also not bad. By the way, the services there is quite good but the price is also expensive.

visited this restaurant because my parents were craving for chinese food! Chuai Heng is super packed on weekends as it is situated in the congested Bukit Bintang, so expect to see crowded and full tables here. we ordered this lobster salad as our starter actually LOL. the lobster shell on th left is obviously for decoration.. the meat is chopped to cube-sized and is served with diced pear, melon and honeydew, complete with salad (mayo) dressing. the lobster are awesome and cooked well but their

reunion dinner with friends at chuai heng restaurant. has booking early cause worry no more table. but when i reach i saw got many empty table except room. so we just can sit at living hall. order the Chinese New Year set with price RM988. got 10 dishes of food. service was good but all are foreigner workers.this is salmon yu sang . very nice.suckling pig. too oily. very crisypy but taste just normal only.
