Salted chicken noodles. Wanton noodles served with few pieces of salted chicken and beansprouts. The wanton noodle was thin and springy, it does not have the alkaline taste. The beansprouts were fat and crunchy. The soup was full of herbs, exerted a strong herbal taste, thus slightly bitter. The salted chicken was tender and has the right amount of saltiness.

Claypot Loh Shu Fun (rat’s tail noodles). The loh shu fun came in a sizzling claypot, with minced meat and a raw egg on top. Upon mixing the ingredients together with the loh shu fun, it was very fragrant. The loh shu fun was springy and slightly on the tougher side. The minced meat was generous and tender. This has the right amount of soya sauce, and slightly salty.

Went to this shop to have lunch with my colleagues! They sell salted baked chicken. They were previously being featured on Astro too! They offer packages for baby's full moon gift as well. We have ordered the fried salted baked chicken rice, baked chicken rice and claypot lao shu fen.This is claypot lao shu fen. It tasted okay. But is too salty. The egg is raw one.
