扁担饭(Nasi Kandar)我们吃得多，不过你知道Nasi Dagang 是什么吗? 商人饭(Nasi Dagang)是源自马来西亚东海岸- 吉兰丹和丁加奴那带的一种特色食品，用椰浆混合特产的米饭后蒸熟，再加上鱼肉咖哩，蛋等等等的配料一起吃的，很多人都爱把它当成是早饭。老实说当店员把这个Nasi Dagang 端上来的时候，我第一个的想法是- 还真没卖相! 哈哈，其貌不扬不过味道闻起来是还不错的。Nasi Dagang with Ikan Tongkol& Beef Rendang- RM11.9米饭是从东海岸送来的特产红米，你可以清楚地看到米粒上那一丝丝的红色痕迹，口感不像我们平时吃的米饭，有点像糯米般QQ的口感，不过没有糯米般粘稠，闻起来有点像黑糯米甜汤的味道，很特别。那鱼肉结实中带鲜甜，和米饭非常搭配，我很喜欢。牛肉呢就有点硬，味道普通，鱼肉比较出色。整体吃下来觉得调味方面偏甜，口味很重，吃的时候一定要搭配那个酸黄瓜，可以把嘴里的油腻感中和掉，总和的味道还不错。♡♡KC

Nasi dagang here is really good. The gravy is super aromatic and coconutty; the rendang is rich and heavy, and moderately spicy, but a little chewy but overall not really tough. The small piece of fried fish is quite salty and very crispy. Excellent combo!

My second visit to this Restaurant , for this time I just ordered the Nasi Dagang with Ikan Tongkol only. Simply wanted to taste the kuah kari Ikan Tonggol . The rice were cooked perfectly , fluffy texture and nicely pored over the light gravy of coconut milk with the turmeric , right taste and not too salty. Came with two small portions of fish , some Acar added some crunchiness and acidity to the dish, sambal which was sweet in taste and less of spiciness. A small piece of salted fish frie

曾在好几年前在吉兰丹品尝过这位华裔女士烹煮吉兰丹闻名的Nasi Dagang, Nasi Berlauk . 在吉兰丹一星期遊之间整整光顾了好几天只因店内卖的吉兰丹友族美食被深深吸引着，吃后流连忘返。就连要归回 P Jaya 也要打包回去。真是太有魅力了。还好，这店主现在已搬移到 D'sara Utama P Jaya.继续经营吉兰丹飯食。我们这可有口福了。今天我和先生帯着多年曾品尝过的吉兰丹飯食的期待心情，果然找回了以前的超棒味道。点了一道Nasi Dagang Ikan Tonggol ,Gulai Ayam 也配有sambal , kuah lemak kari 还有少不了一小片的源自于吉兰舟的ikan masin，添加了风味，食欲大增。我最喜欢是吃很有咬劲，参有各种香料和蒜葱姜味Nasi Dagang的米 飯，这可是女店主的精心之作。除了Nasi Dagang 还有Nasi Berlauk , 你可配上您喜爱的Rendang 牛肉， sambal Udang, Ayam Goreng。店里也有售卖Nasi Lemak, 蒸烤面包和半生熟蛋。当然你也可来杯Kopi,Tea

Roti Curry. My brother was feeling quite full that afternoon, he opted for the roti curry. This curry chicken came with toasted bread crumbs. Indeed, it tasted good when we dipped the bread crumbs together with the curry. The bread crumbs were crispy. The curry chicken was sweet, and it suited my brother's taste bud but not me. The curry was thick and the taste was light.

Ribena Longan. I have heard some good reviews from the restaurant and decided to give it a try. During lunch hour, the restaurant was packed to the brim and the service was slightly unattentive during this time. The ribena longan was quite sweet with the combination of the sweetness from the longan as well as the ribena. The drink was thick and refreshing. Good order.

Nasi Dagang with curry chicken and ikan tongkol. They have some varieties of combinations for the nasi dagang. Since I want the best of both worlds, I ordered the curry chicken and ikan tongkol combination. The nasi dagang came with acar, hard boiled egg, a small piece of salted fish and the two ingredients. The curry on the nasi dagang was sweet. The flavour was quite light.

Longan Ice. When I thought of visiting this restaurant, the first thing came to my mind was the parking. Indeed, it was so difficult to find a parking and we managed to find one after driving on the second round. The longan ice was served in a tall glass and it was a cooling drink on a hot afternoon. There were many pieces of longan in it and the drink was sweet. Not bad.

Laksam. It is quite difficult to find places that serves laksam. This Capital Kelantanese Restaurant serves authentic laksam, it is a must-order since lots of friends recommended it. The laksam came with beansprouts, cucumber, sambal and laksam broth. The noodle they used was laksa noodle. The broth to me however was a big light, I would prefer a more thicker broth. Nevertheless, it was good.
