The roast pork noodle in Canton-i was merely passable. The noodle used was akin to the wan tan mee that you can find in any wan tan mee stall. However, it was a little overdone, hence was rather soft and slightly too soggy for my liking. I prefer my noodles cooked al-dente. The roast pork doesn't seem overly fresh, as the skin is not as crunchy as I would like them to be. Overall, just a mediocre meal.
