The roast pork noodle in Canton-i was merely passable. The noodle used was akin to the wan tan mee that you can find in any wan tan mee stall. However, it was a little overdone, hence was rather soft and slightly too soggy for my liking. I prefer my noodles cooked al-dente. The roast pork doesn't seem overly fresh, as the skin is not as crunchy as I would like them to be. Overall, just a mediocre meal.

Was at One Utama with a couple of friends on an early Saturday morning. Most of the eateries were not opened yet, and we didn't want fast food. Luckily we saw that Canton-i was open, hence we trooped in and ordered. First up was the fish porridge with intestines and chinese cruller. The porridge was piping hot and silky smooth, full of fish goodness. The intestines were well cleaned, deep-fried and very crunchy, as was the chinese cruller, also known as youtiao. Since we are satisfied with the char siew we ordered, so we decide to try another dim sum related with char siew which is crispy bun with char siew filling. The look of the bun looks cute and delightful when we are expecting the juicy char siew filling inside, the bun is crispy outside but too bad the first bite is disappointing because the filling is just too little.

I think char siew and siew yuk is the must have food for hong kong style restaurant. As i am not a big fan to siew yuk, so i only ordered char siew. The portion of char siew is very small and the price is higher than we had outside. It is so solf, juicy and tender. The taste is not too sweet or saltly but i think the sauce is just too little. Or course you can request for extra sauce from waiter.

I never pay attention of this restaurant whenever i pass by. Maybe for me it is just an ordinary hong kong style restaurant. And one day I have a lunch appointment with my client at here. So it is a chance for me to try the food right here. I ordered a porridge with deep fried intestines. The porridge has a very smooth texture. It can be seen before you eat it. The intestines is very crunchy and not weird taste at all.

朋友点了这个五宝饭。他说照片看起来很吸引。当然我也被吸引过去试吃他点的料理了。卖相看起来非常丰富。有卤豆干，鸡蛋，烧肉等等。但因为外婆"卤功"了的，造就了我这个嘴巴挑剔的孙子。卤的时间不够久，光看鸡蛋内层的颜色就懂了。

点了这份双拼捞面。云吞和叉烧乖乖地躺在面上。云吞依然好吃，肥瘦比例适中，内陷也很饱满。叉烧方面呢，也是肥瘦比例适中。因为我最怕吃到太熟或者是肥肉太多的叉烧。这个刚刚好。叉烧的蜜汁不咸也不太甜。云吞面也不见得有碱水味。

粥一向都是我喜欢吃的食物之一。在菜单上看到这个"一品锅"粥，而且里面看起来还有很多丰富的材料熬煮而成，二话不说就点了这份。粥里面果然是有很多"宝物"。鲍鱼片，虾子，干贝等等。光看都直到这是一锅鲜味十足的粥品。可惜的是，粥并没有想象中的鲜甜，不是说没有，而是少了一种海鲜粥应有的灵魂。就是说，味道再实在点就好了。

The wantan mee was served with a slab of roast pork (siew yuk) and caramelized pork (char siew) together with choy sum. The wantan mee was springy and do not have the alkaline taste. The soy sauce was sweet and the saltiness was just nice. The siew yuk was thickly sliced, well-balanced with fats and lean meat. The roasted skin was crispy and the meat was slightly salty. The char siew was nicely charred, sweet and tender at the same time.

I like to eat their meehoon in thick brown gravy sauce with chopped taufu, meat and egg. This meehoon is smooth, springy and tasty. I like this meehoon texture. It's really tasty and nice. This thick gravy brown sauce is really nice and tasty. It's slightly salty, sweet and rich flavour. Their ingredients are fresh and this soup and ingredients are really goes well with meehoon. It comes in quite a big portion and really suit my taste bud. The price is also quite reasonable and affordable.I real

This is one of my favourite food Char Siew in sweet sauce. This big plate of char siew is so tasty and the meat is so tender. It's not oily at all and the gravy sweet sauce is really tasty and nice.The food presentation is nice too. This is one of my favourite dish and the price is quite reasonable. It's quite worth for the price. I am happy with the taste.Taste so nice for me.

This is wantan noodle with prawn dumpling. The prawn dumpling is really tasty, their prawn is fresh and the flesh is really springy. The wantan noodle is springy,smooth and soft. I like this wantan noodle texture. This soup is quite clear and nice. It's doesn't taste really salty and the taste is just right. The taste is slightly sweet.

This is my favourite food, century egg. Some people might not like its weird taste but i kinda like this. This century egg is really Q and i like the taste of it.It's really yummy for me. It's good to eat with ginger, the ginger taste is goes well with century egg. It's good to be an appetizer before we start our heavy meal.
