Are there better Italian restaurants than this in the Klang Valley? Definitely. But are there better ones in SS2? Definitely not. (Don't say Bella Italia)Enzo Dente, the chef from Naples, chose a curious location for his outlet, but it has survived several years now, which is quite an accomplishment these days. The two of us were so hungry, we ordered nearly everything that sounded promising. Kicked off with the prosciutto with rock melon. Not top-notch, but a fairly generous serving. Australian black mussels with extra virgin olive oil, wine and parsley. Skip this; the mussels lacked flesh and the spaghetti was rather overcooked. Sakura roast pork with rosemary potatoes and mushroom jus. Tasted more Chinese than Italian, but not a bad choice if you're feeling carnivorous. Spaghetti bresaola with pomodori sauce. Ermm, despite what the menu claimed, I'm not sure this is bresaolo. Again, the spaghetti was soggy, and the sauce was unmemorable. Benchmark Grant Burge Shiraz 2007 (South Australia). Because sometimes a bottle of wine just ain't enough when you've got the blues ... two personal bottles of Carmen Merlot 2007 (Chile). continue reading

Sakura Roasted Pork with special enzo sauce. The dish was served with slices of pork mixed with mushrooms, salted vegetables covered with mushroom sauce and with mashed potato as side dish. Although the presentation was unappealing, the mushroom sauce was nice, creamy. The salted vegetables were salty. The pork slices were tender and salty, but had strong 'porky smell'. There was a lot of pork slices though. The mashed potato was creamy, buttery and sweet. The only downside of this dish was the vegetables, as they were bitter. continue reading

If you think all salads are the same cos they are just vegetables and thousand island, then you are wrong! The plate is full of a variety of vegetables including lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, rocket and red cabbage. I have never seen so many different kinds of leaves in one salad before. The dressing is the best I've tasted. I have no idea what they put into it but it is amazing..Behind the salad is a mixed platter of some sort. Consists of various slices of bacon/ham with olives. It's meant for us to try the different types. continue reading

Modest Decor, Fine Lightning and compliment with different oldies music, it is certainly a good place to go for those who favour Italian Cuisine. Not many will expect this when they first came to the restaurant.Among my favourite in the restaurant is 5 Layer Cake Ice Cream Cake, much compliment from the shop, would never miss this when visit this shop. the soft ice cream with the chiffon texture of the cake brings out the maximum sweetness. With 5 different taste in the cake, it is irresistable. continue reading
