BlackBall is a Taiwanese Tea and Dessert chain serving various types of desserts and beverages. This branch is located at 1st Avenue, 182, Jalan Megazine, George Town.Golden sweet corn delightThis dessert is not very great. It is a combination of taro ball, ice creams, grass jelly, and sweet corns. This is not my type of dessert. However, the taro ball is quite good. It is springy or QQ and it has great taro flavour.

Blackball is a dessert restaurant servings a very wide range of taiwanese style desserts perhaps. There are a few branches of blackball in Penang here. The following review is all about the blackball branch located at 1st Avenue.This dessert(lower bowl) consists of yam ball, grass jellies, corns, jelly and mango ice-cream. The yam ball is really chewy and rich in yam taste. The corns are not too fresh I bet because they are brownish in colour. The mango ice-cream is refreshing cool.

BlackBall 黑丸对我而言可媲美snowflake..相比之下，我更爱BlackBall 黑丸。。虽然BlackBall 黑丸的分量比较少，但我倒觉得这分量恰到好处！芋圆和冰沙都很好吃，红豆也很合适，加起来就很棒了。。如果不满足，你还可以外加冰淇淋，只需rm1.. 何乐而不为？

这是我第一次和朋友在黑丸试吃的大黑丸（Black Ball Signature -Combo A）。味道很不错，芋圆很有嚼劲，其他材料包括红豆、仙草、芋头和底层的冰沙。。。加上香草冰淇淋的搭配提升了大黑丸的味道，是个不错的消暑甜品。。。

BlackBall 黑丸是朋友推荐的甜品。。他总说吃了之后绝对满意。。那天刚好上pinang,它就趁机把我带到这里。这里的环境的确不错，除了室内，这里还有户外用餐的享受。。可以看到pinang的风景。不错哟。。吃了BlackBall 黑丸以后，感觉还不错。。有机会的话，我一定会再来。。

来blackball就先尝试他们的招牌黑丸嫩仙草。这是我最喜欢和最常点的甜品之一。比起另一间同类型的店，blackball明显地少人。他们的黑丸嫩仙草一样有着仙草，芋圆等材料。味道很不错，也很Q.配上冰冷的雪花我更爱着甜品。我觉得这甜品跟另一家店，不分上下。好吃！

这是我第一次到black ball吃甜品。点了一个我惯例会在另一间甜品店点的甜品 - 黑丸嫩仙草。black ball的看起来明显的小很多，只够一人份。通常我在另一间吃的都很大一碗，都是share吃的。虽然小碗，但味道还不错一下。可以再试。我喜欢他们家的芋圆 =)

芋圆发源地在台湾的九份，我很喜欢芋圆，很有咬劲，但是又不想在吃面团，香芋散发阵阵香芋味在我的口中。沙冰淋上了台湾黑糖溶入沙冰里，再配上了红豆和金薯。波霸奶茶，红茶的味道很香浓，配上珍珠很Ｑ，真的是可以喝得过瘾，咬得嚼劲。

黑丸仙嫩草套餐Ｃ，价钱RM6.50　里面有 红豆沙冰感觉怪怪，都是比较喜欢热的红豆沙。虽然红豆沙冰的味道很浓，带着红豆沙的香味。然后选择了寒天，花豆。冬瓜寒天球茶，价钱RM 5.90　我很喜欢寒天球的口感，加上冬瓜茶是不错的选择，值得推荐。

哪里的黑丸嫩仙草都蛮多人的，点了我很喜欢招牌黑丸嫩仙草，一来到就看见分量真的很少，仙草，大黑丸，芋圆，芋Q，金薯和红豆。他们准备了一小瓶子的鲜奶给我们。全部东西比想象中少，果然是以个人的分量，但是味道不错，全部都蛮有咬劲的。好吃喜欢～

Once at the Blackball counter,you can see that there is a TV showing the process to make the Grass Jelly in Taiwan. From the TV documentary,the history of blackball can be known where the founder who is a Taiwanese , while the ingredients are all imported from Taiwan.Inside the "paste" as I called it,there are colourful taro：purple,yellow,orange~~each bite is so satisfying with the mild sweet paste and black grass jelly,it is so awesome!! A real taiwanese dessert I had ever taste.

I went to First Avenue to watch movie “Step Up Revolution” with my sister. By the way, the movie was nice!! Highly recommended although the story line was old school..As we reached there early and since I was craving for something sweet and cold, we decided to visit the Black Ball nearby. We had ordered the golden sweet corn delight with additional one vanilla ice cream scoop.I love their vanilla ice cream!! The texture was smooth and the creaminess and sweetness was just nice. I love the taste

Yesterday I finished work earlier at 3pm. The director gave the permission as we just finish our Quarter End closing, and he allowed us to back earlier as a gratitude on our efforts. It was so hot when I reached at my hostel. Thus, the roommate said let's get some dessert.We chose a newly "Black Ball Grass Jelly Dessert" in 1st Avenue Mall. Thanks to Foursquare which have really introduced most of the nice / new food for us. This is another kind like Snowflake dessert which is really famous nowa
