Calamari RingsThis is a huge calamari rings, hehe. When the slices of them are laid out like the floral pattern, it’s such a nice visual to feast on Ideally, the rings are to be cooked in the hot soup for about 7 seconds, according to Kong (our OR emcee for the day), for the best texture. Lamb slicesAnother ala-carte plate is this lamb slices .The meat is thinly slicely so that it’ll cooked very fast upon dipping into the hot pot of soup. This reminds me of Shabu-shabu where you just need to dip awhile in the hot soup and the thin meat is ready to go! The meat is bit sinewy and tangy, and of moderate goatish smell. Abalone SlicesWow! I must say that is definitely one of those golden bowl of steamboat, haha. The Abalone slices is actually very chewy and delicious. Sweet and full of oceanic flavor. Tangy as well for it’s freshly sliced and then dished out on the plate of lettuce. When cooked together in the herbal soup, all the gist within, spread out in your mouth, slowly tickling your taste bud. Delish!

Special CrabstickWell, normally all the processed food like crabstick filaments looks normal to me, but not in this case, hehe.
