招牌豆腐,真是家家都不同,比起其他招牌豆腐,这个豆腐是酥炸的,豆腐的外皮有点脆内陷还很嫩软,吃时再沾点自制的酸辣酱汁吃,是蛮特别的。可是由于有酱汁的关系,酸酸辣辣的,所以还蛮开胃的。

吃饭怎么能不叫一碟青菜呢,来一道腐乳油麦菜,清清淡淡的,还是蛮有新鲜感的。而且新鲜油麦,菜炒得锅气十足,不会太老,而且油麦一定要以腐乳来炒,所以菜吃起来的同时特别有风味的。

今天下了场大雨,所以就上网找食物吃,就看到这里有间老子号的餐馆,所以就约了朋友来到这里试试。老板介绍了他们的招牌菜asam 铺鱼,味道普通。而且肉有点嫩,应该是蒸太久了。只能说这间餐馆每什么特别。食物还好。地方简陋。

The fried chicken served here is one of the best I ever had. We ordered it based on the recommendation of the owner as he said it was their hot selling item apart from the fish head. The fried chicken was bigger than any I've ever had and it was fried till golden brown. The chicken was hot and crispy on the outside but juicy and tender on the inside.

This place is pretty famous for it's tai chow and come during dinner time, you will have to wait for a pretty long time to get a table. Service is quick though the place was a bit hot and stuffy. The picture above is half a fish head cooked with garlic sauce. The garlic is chopped finely and steamed together with the fish head. The garlic gave the sauce a burning sensation and excites the palate even more.
