Big Apple in Berjaya Time Square offer Buffet Breakfast for all it hotel tenants. Here you will find a wide selection of ranging from Bakery, Western Breakfast, Chinese Dim Sum, Malaysia favourite and Indian breakfast which is awesome. However the food are pretty average in term of taste and presentation. For a 4star hotel, I'm sure they can do better. The bread at the bakery are very hard and dry. Therefore I will advice not to go for that if you are having breakfast. This place is always packed with people if you reach between 8am to 10am and the place will be very noise and crowded. My best advice is to reach earlier so that you will be able to enjoy your breakfast in peace.  continue reading

It was a friend birthday and we had his birthday party there. It is indeed hard to find as the coffee house is located at the Level 13 of the Berjaya Times Square. I had indeed fall in love with the place and it is a great place to dine with. We had the buffet there where the variety is not really alot. The taste of the food is alike other buffet. So, i could say there is nothing special to shout about as well. They have not much variety as well to choose and I am not really in love with that too. continue reading

It was a Saturday evening when I decided to try out my BCard, a unique premier lifestyle and brand-focused loyaly program card over at this restaurant in Berjaya Times Square. Now we decided on Big Apple Restaurant to have our dinner, not because it reminded me of Big Apple Donuts, but mainly because I wanted a restaurant with a nice ambiance. While Janice had her Thai Steamed Seabass Fillet which according to her was good, I truly enjoyed my Nasi Goreng Kampung. The Thai Steamed Seabass Fillet was fresh enough without any odour and was complemented nicely with the sauce and rice. As for my Nasi Goreng Kampung. the fried rice was nicely done, fried with sambal which brought out the taste. Coupled with my all-time favourite satays, some crackers and a piece of fried chicken, I truly enjoyed the fried rice. If it wasn't slightly overpriced, I would definitely recommend this dish.
