Sundaethis dish is the sundae. Don't mistaken this sundae as the same as the one at mc donald's. It is defintely not. This sundae is a cheesecake and caramel in a glass. It is not an ice-cream. The cheesecake is delicious and they are very cheesy. The caramel matches the cheesecake too.

走进这间餐厅，顿时被他的环境吸引了，这里带有浓浓的古典气氛，好像走进了时光隧道般，旧西式的建筑结构，不花肖的花砖，高高的天花板，彩绘玻璃都是古典的元素，在这里用餐总是感受到那个庄严高贵的气氛。

这个Chunky Chicken Mushroom Pie，乍看之下却没有发现任何蘑菇汤，原来内有乾坤，酥脆的饼皮内装着暖暖的蘑菇鸡汤, 汤匙一拨开饼皮，浓郁的汤汁就缓缓的流出，而且汤汁香浓，蘑菇与鸡肉碎则增添口感，味道不错。

这个Crispy Duck Confit Spaghetti，意大利面的熟度刚好，而且加了橄榄油和番茄干，上桌前再撒上一小搓火箭菜，隐约带着香气，味道不错。而有点像香港烤鸭，脆口的鸭皮和柔嫩的鸭肉，配合意大利面满算新鲜的配搭。
