Not always come to BBQ plaza at one utama and i found is not easy to find their restaurant,you have to walk outside to the rainforest and only can enter through outside.Not much customers on the afternoon of Sunday, might be hard to find it.I order a economy pork set with 1 rice, a fish noodle, grass noodle and 2 chinese tea,the best part is it still have 20% dicsount for students.The grass noodle is tasteless after cook and too soft, but you can eat it with their bbq sauce and it taste very goo

Bar B Q Plaza is just location in first floor outside the shopping mall area. It is big like combination of 3 shops. 我愛火鍋，也愛燒烤！曾經聽過人家說泰國曼谷Bar.B.Q Plaza燒烤火鍋店有多好吃有多出名，但是遲遲都沒有機會去到。這家店空間非常大，座位也很多。每個座位都備有燒烤火鍋爐，以及餐具。Family Set（各種肉類選擇）適合大家庭或多人的套餐。Economy Set / Supreme Set適合1- 3個人的套餐。燒烤爐中間稍凸的圓形銅盤上可以放鮮切片的肉類，那些肉汁與油脂會順著凸形的坡度流到銅盤凹槽中，再和裏頭的鮮雞高湯混合一起。然後隨手把蔬菜類挾入凹槽，不一會兒，就成了吸附了肉汁與鮮蔬精華的鮮美火鍋湯頭了。

因为 one utama 靠近我公司的关系，所以我平常来Bar.B.Q Plaza 都会来 one utama 的分行。我喜欢吃这样的美食，而且也觉得这构思很新鲜。自新装修以来，地方很宽阔。肉条很新鲜，而且多样化。我们可以夹肉条在烤盘上面烤，而来和可以放进水里滚。这看个人喜爱。我推介这里因为可以慢慢的边吃边聊，分量也很足够呢！

After going through the menu, me and my friends decided to go with the Supreme Deluxe Set as it consists of pork, chicken, beef, lamb,bacon, prawn, squid, fish slices, udon, mushroom, pumpkin, fresh seaweed and vegetables. All you have to do is cook them and dip them into the special sauce. One must add the cili padi, garlic and lime juice into the barbeque sauce. This will definitely give a special taste to it.

The sauce was mixed with large amount of garlic, a bit of chilli and a tinge of lemon. The brown sauce was a delight to be dipped in, sweet and pungent garlic at the same time.The pork and beef slices were bbq-ed on the pan wiped with pork lard. The pork slices were juicy and surprisingly addictive. It was soft and no porky taste. The beef was tender and too, although slightly salty. The meats were all delicious.

BBQ SteamboatBar-B-Q Plaza is a Mongolian and Japanese style restaurant (Before i thought this is Thai style BBQ steamboat, confused by the advertisement). There are various choice of ingredient such as different type of meat slide, veggies, seafood, and other steamboat ingredients. You can put the veggies into the soup to make the soup sweet and put the meat slide and other ingredients on the hot pot grill until it turn to brown colour. When comes to bbq plaza, I always like to order their family pork set. There are pork bacon in it and lots of pork slices. The main character in bbq plaza actually is the sauce. You mix the sauce with lime, garlic and chili together, then after your food is cooked, dip it into the sauce and eat it. The sauce is a mixture taste of sweet and spicy. The spicy level is mild. It is just enough to enhance your taste buds.
