B Cascade is a unique restaurant that serve delicious western cuisine. I was so curious why the owner name the restaurant as B Cascade and not A Cascade. B might be simple to everyone but the owner of the restaurant always pursuit of being ever better. B in the present, B honest, B yourself is like how we express our feeling towards a good dining. The owner would love their customer to B themselves and enjoy the fabulous food that serve at B Cascade . A mixture earthy and industrial concept with live-edge walnut slabs, concrete, brass and stainless steel. The design ideally match the restaurant environment and it suit for a team of people hangout or chill at B Cascade. This is my first time eaten such a huge Alaska Crab at B Cascades. The price range at RM 488++ and this promotion only valid until 16th September 2016. Don't miss the great deal and the crab meal is fresh and juicy. Nom...Nommm Eddy Rush in shock mode when seeing such a huge Alaska crab. Seafood Maniac (RM 188)Lets your taste bud be seduced by the juiciness of the seafood maniac. I can't hold my saliva as the seafood is great. Thumb up for this dish. Seductive Salad (RM 19.90)Sound sexy when I read on the menu and the food indeed attractive to me. Clean slice of smoke duck mix together with oriental mandarin , salad vegetable and cherry tomatoes. This is my favorite. Come with different sauce to give the perfect taste of each meat. Seafood Tomato Soup RM 23.90 Cream of the Wild Mushroom Soup (RM 18.90) Passionate Norwegian (RM 45.90) Grilled fresh Norwegian Salmon bring out the sweetness of the Salmon. Comes with Mashed potato, Sauteed garden vegetables. While the unique tabiko-beurre blanc sauce mixed well with Salmon. It makes the whole salmon so outstanding. B's Cod In The Act (RM 78.90) The chef carefully prepare a fresh pacific black cod that come with potato puree. Then sprinkle on the mushroom soil. Add on some truffle-yaki sauce that bring out the aroma of the black cod.
