A colleague bought me a fruit tart for tea time, in which she bought it from Australian Confectionary. The fruit tart was still cold when I got it, which is pleasantly delicious. There are a lot of fruits crammed into this tart, which consists of kiwi, strawberry, dragonfruit and mango among others. The fruits are fresh, as they are still quite crunchy. The crust is quite soft, but not soft until it crumbles during bites. All in all, a great and tasty tea time snack. continue reading
