Cinnamon Sugar PretzelWho can resist freshly baked pretzel from Auntie Anne? The moment the aroma of the bread wafted through the air, your tummy is already gnawing The bread itself is very fluffy and soft. Guess the dough must have been kneaded properly I suppose, with the right pressure and skill. After baked, the outside layer of the bread is slightly crisp and then is doused with decent portion of cinnamon sugar. They are quite delicate and powdery, but lucky thing is, not too sweet. Can grab it on the go especially on the Pretzel’s Day! Joyful one
