i wouldn't bother with this dish if I were youit wasn't bad but it just wasn't specialit kind of tasted like those pizza breads that you get from the bakerythis one had a thinner crust than the ones in the bakery evenit had loads of cheese that's probably why it was on the expensive sideyet I hardly tasted any meat in it so I am not too sure what I'm paying forbefore serving it the chef throws some finely chopped parsley just to add some color

i wouldn't bother with this dish if I were you
it wasn't bad but it just wasn't special

actually the salad is a very common thingyou have lettuce and other green vegetables and you can actually put any vegetables you likethe dressing is also very simple which consists of olive oil and balsamic vinegarthe only twist to this salad is the deep fried pig trotterit was rather dry for me and not as crispy as I hoped it would bebut it was deep fried until the pork smell had dissapearedbut there were a few pieces which were still very fatty and some people might not appreciate it

solaris dutamas has so many restaurants and ante is just one of itante's status as a restaurant is like one of those specializing in porkand being a non halal restaurant, pork is best served with alcoholbut if you're not an alcohol fan you may want to try the laici cocktailthe laici taste is very prominent but it also has mojito properties with the crushed mint leavesi believe they added some soda to it as well because it had a bit of fizz

野生菌菇类沙拉,首先呢厨师把瑞士褐菇,蠔菇和洋菇这三种比较爽口的菇类炒过,吃之前还闻到少少的牛油味呢。在开餐前吃一份沙拉我觉得挺开胃的,配上脆脆的面包块和一些生菜,加上一些简单的调味,就能够吃出食材的新鲜又健康呢。

首先他们的汉堡肉都是自己制作的。汉堡肉不但只由猪肉,他们还混合了蘑菇,芝士,火腿。然后用最传统的炭烤方式来烤,过后放些生菜与煎蛋,然后还有马铃薯块做伴碟。嚼在嘴里感觉就是十分的满足。因为汉堡肉很扎实多汁,口感挺丰富的。
