可能我是半个客家人，从小吃妈妈牌酿豆腐，所以他收不到我的心。酿油条脆到没朋友，一定要试。猪肠粉相当特别，可是酱汁有点咸，我自己加了汤去调淡。酿春卷是属于软皮，馅料饱满。

Ampang yong tau foo is one of the famous food in Kuala Lumpur. The yong tau foo here normally eats with chee chiong fan or just eat like this with sweet black sauce. In Johor, yong tau foo normally eat with noodles, rice or mihun. Served more like a soup for the noodles. But Ampang yong tau foo normally eat alone with the sweet sauce. Taste wise, this branch has a rather nicer homemade yong tau foo that gives flexible chewy texture yet not too oily like other yong tau foo. Overall ok.

除了各式各样的酿料，这里也有炸鸡翼可以选。他们的鸡翼腌制得不错，鸡肉很入味，吃起来的时候味道非常浓。咸香咸香的非常令人开胃。鸡肉算是肥美的，吃起来的时候并不会干，硬。

这一款就是他们的酿油条，也是非常特别的一款料理。把肉酿在油条上，吃起来其实并不会唐突，反而搭配得非常棒。他们的油条是口感非常酥脆的，很喜欢那口感。配上酿肉本身的嚼劲。很好吃。

这一款是他们的水饺和白豆腐。水饺里的肉酿得还蛮不错，肉的份量蛮多的，而且都非常结实。蛮喜欢他们的白豆腐，豆腐的质感非常细腻，口感顺滑，非常的新鲜，也酿得非常饱满。只是汤有点普通。

酿莲藕对我来说是比较有新鲜感的，因为好像都没吃过。他们的莲藕都切得蛮厚一片的。再娘上饱满而结实的酿肉，拿去炸过后莲藕的口感还保存着它原有的脆，可是是不会硬的。一咬就断。好吃。

很喜欢这一款炸鱼饼，虽然它就普普通通的样子，而且也很多地方都有得卖，可是其实它的味道是很够的，非常的鲜味。炸过之后更是滋味。它吃起来口感是非常弹牙，而且有嚼劲的。

这里的酿灯笼椒也是非常好吃的。用的是青色的灯笼椒，切成片状再把酿肉酿在上面。酿肉跟灯笼椒粘得稳稳的，非常的结实。炸过了以后的灯笼椒吃起来还是非常的多汁的。跟酿肉的配搭不错。

这里的酿茄子是好吃的。他们的茄子切得非常的厚，而且酿在茄子里的肉也非常的饱满而结实。酿茄子是炸过的，吃起来的口感外脆内软，它的味道很香，就算不沾酱料也已经很好吃了。

没试过这一款海底珊瑚藻的饮料，所以就点来试试。它的味道其实并没有非常的特别。喝起来的时候有点酸味，不过还是以甜味为主。它的海底珊瑚藻吃起来没什么味道，只是有点粉粉的感觉。

这是他们的春卷，春卷里的酿肉吃起来味道还不错，份量始终，可是肉的口感吃起来就有点散散的，不太结实。春卷的外皮被炸得非常的脆口。吃起来刷刷声的非常酥脆，也没有油臭味。

OK, everyone knows the best Yong Tau Foo in Klang Valley are produced in Ampang. And this outlet at SS2 can lay claim to the fact that their yong tau foo chef learnt his trait in Ampang and produced equally delicious pieces at this restaurant. Yums! I prefer to order a mixture of everything.... bitter gourd with fish paste, fried dumplings, tofu with fish paste, red chili fish paste and brinjal fish paste being amongst my favorites! Sometimes I prefer to order them minus rice so I could eat more

这店对我来说没有很显眼，经过很多次都没发现它。朋友介绍之后我才去试试看。果然不错，我喜欢它的酿莲藕。酿肉非常饱满，RM1.10的市价这分量另我满足。喜欢它的其他酿蔬菜。全部菜都厚厚的 口感很好！

These are sold at RM 1.10 per piece. The fried dumplings are very flavourful and crunchy. Definitely worth a try (better than the soup ones). Brinjal pieces were not too oily or mushy, to my delight. I loved the fried lotus root here! Lots of fish paste sandwiched between thick pieces of crunchy lotus root. A standard order for me for yong tau fu is their smooth tofu in soup (RM 1.10) which can't really differ from other shops. The amount of fish paste they used could have been bigger that that. Wasn't unique or anything. I wasn't very fond of the slightly spicy soup it was in. Tasted like it had other foodstuff (bittergourd) floating in it earlier, giving it a mixed taste.
